I never get dressed any more, and I don’t have a family as large as yours. I have chronic health issues, so.....showering is a BIG deal! Remember to MAKE time for YOU. It’s ok!

I wish I would have done this when I had my kids but I was 22 & 24 and didn’t care about my mental health sadly. I think this is great and you look amazing!!

Hi Gina I loved watching this video. I hope you and Avery are doing great. My baby neice is going great. Like you said having family help you is the big key. Me,brother,sister,mom and dad and myself all take turns helping watch my baby neice when ever my brother and sister in law need to do something else like making dinner and even going into town to get something. One tip I can give is to have the kids also help out with their baby sister like getting a diaper,wipe's and baby powder for you and Chris and work on the kids with holding her. For me when I hold my neice I put a big pillow from the bed on my lap and I hold my neice and it give me the extra support when I hold her. Then even have the older kids give Avery her bottle feeding Avery her bottle. Then keep any eye on her while she's sleeping in the living room make sure she has her passafires in her mouth or what ever it is that Avery likes to sleep with. My Neice loves her passafires so whenever we watch her we make sure she has it with her and if she has it come out of her mouth we quickly find and it give it back to her before she starts to cry. Then one thing my neice loves to do is watch Disney movies on the tv so we just take turns holding her. That's one thing u and the kids can do when their not at school is have them help with their sister and do the same with Tanner. How is he agesting to his baby sister Gina?
