Always been a NB fan. I just bought a pair of these for work and wore for fist time at work today. Very comfortable. Hope they hold up a long time. I usually wear my NBs until they wear out. Only caveat I have is the laces are way too long. Even when you double loop them. May have to replace the laces with shorter ones. Don’t know why they had to make them so long. 2 thumbs up so far.

This one compare to 626v2 which one is better for foodservice? In terms of comfort standing all day and perhaps weight of the shoes. Thanks!!

The 608 cross trainers 2018 and before were wonderful. I was a gym owner for 14 years. and wore them all the time. Also played racquetball and did wind sprints in them. SINCE 2018 the new Versions ( I bought some in 2023 after the last 8 pair wore out) are TERRIBLE with hard soles and thin inserts. My Plantar Faciitis that had been gone for 20 years came back in 3 days. I am now searching for new shoes. I would like to see New Balance go back to making them the way they did 2018 and before when made in Indonesia.
I loving most the NB shows I review here. In fact I wear NB 99% of the time IRL.
A guy I work with got some Sketchers steel toes off the steel toe truck and the insoles are not removable. It seems like lots of shoes are going to non removable insoles. Something everyone needs to look out for.
I dont think ive encountered any NB where you couldnt take it out.

Yes I did, A little more restrictive than the nylon ones but still pretty good. love the look.

How does these pair with the 411's comfort wise?
411's (Amazon link amzn.to/3x5vKZu ) breath better - More Airy and less restrictive but both are excellent in different ways

If same model this review would cover both, However I open one. If wondering if NB are good for the ladys - YES they are.
These trainers are very comfortable, but they wear out quite quickly, in less than a year.
Can you remove the insole?
