First one showed missing parts. Second one was complete. It's a working bench grinder ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxxC8HPnl24fu0XhMU_nbmWNEUoK1RMHXk . One thing I like alot is that it's surprisingly quiet. I don't feel like I'm sacrificing any rpms or power for the quietness either. All in all it's a very nice machine. No vibration whatsoever.
This is by far the cleanest and least used restoration subject I've seen.

It's nice to see that he uses a WOODEN mallet instead of a metal one for pushing down the replacement bearings. I've seen a few UA-cam resto shows who go metal on metal and i'm like "NOOOO don't do that!"

LMAO if the shape of that was fine and didn't need the repainting, after placing the switch, this would've been the shortest restoration ever.

Overall nice work. Not sure why you kept that nasty melted and chewed up switch rather than replace it with a new clean one.
Hope you replace that switch. Seemed obvious it was bad. Otherwise nicely done.

This really just needed wiring and a paint job.

i wonder how you can see quality of aluminum ..but if you refer to those imperfection in cast, those holes he had to file to be round, i understand :D
Shame to use it, and make it dirty again. Nice clean refurbishment, but wouldn't rate it as a restoration, but that's just going by my definition of the word "restoration"..
