What are you spraying on the patio after the first wash? You scrubbed it with brush before jet washing it off.
It’s his own brand of soft wash cleaner

Yeah i was all around the garden i would of taken it on if they paid the extra, but they only wanted the patio done which is just fine by me👍

Years of mold spores settling on the ground, add water, a bit of heat/humidity. Lack of sun & time. If you dont open a window or have an exhaust fan in your bathroom, you'll get the same effect over time.
