Another great job Mr B 👍 mate had an a-hole of a problem a few days ago on a job with drives like this, customer had told neighbour he was having drive done so out of courtesy he asked if the neighbour would like to either move his brand new car over, put it on the road temporarily until job was done or let my mate put a large fleece lined car cover over it so it didn’t get covered in grime, neighbour was originally going to move it over but on the day of the job it was sitting right next to where the job had to be done, mate knocked on door and a grumpy cow answered saying she wasn’t going to move it as she didn’t want to, mate wasn’t going to argue and being the kind person he is 😉 he just cleaned away with water and shit spraying up everywhere, customer apologised but mate just told him it wasn’t his fault but thanks for trying to help the situation

Glad you enjoyed it, its such a shame people dont keep up with the cleaning of driveways as they cost thousands to put down. but always look great again once cleaned Donna
Looked cold and gray on day 1 - my favorite! Sanding day looked gorgeous though, just like the driveway! I live in San Antonio Texas in the US and we’ve been on water restrictions for about two years, so I haven’t been able to pressure wash my driveway or sidewalks in ages. I’m dying to get them cleaned up but at least I have your videos for some satisfaction!
Yeah we are coming into our gray wet season now normally from Oct to March , i bet its lovely and hot out youre way id swap our weather for yours any day Donna, hope you get to clean your driveway soon
Hello, 👋 helo Mister Ricky! Nice to see you are well and are back with your projects. We always wait for your new postings. As always, your work is so well organized with great result - the stonework looks as new! Greetings and Blessings from Oregon state USA
I was wondering what of your love and quality care in cleaning would show here, on a "plain, simple job". My first reaction at the paving was, "Oh my goodness". This place has a lot of White Lichen, moss, weeds, Black Spot... First indication, (after my observations were confirmed), the drain is being cleared. Secondly, you chose hand clearing the fewer larger weeds, haven't seen that choice before. Third, rinsed over-spray at the neighbors. Fifth, cleared bulk out of the drain from the first cleaning, so it goes. After the main cleaning and rinse, the solution is put down, with a watering can. All these bits of detailing, customized for each job, make up the good final result we enjoy admiring. In this case, as sanding is going on, the look is of a Brand New Driveway. A nice start for the new owners. Excellent work and daily standards Ricky.
Looks great! Have you ever tried the Polymeric Sand on pavers after power washing? I used it on my side walks and patio, to replace the sand. Once you wet it, it act like grout. So far I haven’t had any weeds come through it.
Yo brother, I have a question. Do you wait a few days before resanding or do you resand directly after finishing the pressure cleaning? Thanks for your answer bro.
Hey Ricky which sand do you use to keep the patio solid after the washing ? And how long do you wait to use the sand after the washing ? I also can see that you use something in a plant watering can. For what is it and what product is it ? Keep up the good work mate!
Great job as always. I do have a question..I have been doing power washing over 13 tears and wanted to post on UA-cam. I really like your format..Do you use a GoPro on a stand?
Hey Ricky, could i pick your brain on a couple of questions, im potentially looking to get into the business, first is waste removal, especially sand from monoblock, how do you deal with it, or do you stipulate no waste removal? I know a lot of guys ask the customer to dump the muck in flower beds but that must not always be an option, second is machine, i have a decent budget and looking at van mounted hot water set ups, any recommendations?, is hot water a huge benefit? Anyway love your vids, you are a legend in the business!
Hello its never a problem is only get a bucket full at most and this normally mixed into a flower bed or taken away. as for machine if starting out a hot water setup is not really needed, but certainly does help to get a better clean at high temps and low pressure, ie cleaning walls and patios with out blowing out the pointing, Good luck getting started best time to start is spring
Great, best time to start is spring, best advice i could give is not to buy any chinese pressure washer from the likes of ebay, toolstation, machine mart etc, It will break down very quick and you cant get the part to fix it , Buy a honda check out rutlandpumps or ac prerssure washers start up packages

Perfect to go with bed time tea
You would have thought the previous owners cleaned the drive before they put it up for sale, excellent transformation as always👍
I really don't understand why people put up for sale without doing it, its certainly makes the house more appealing and aid with the sale
Hi Ricky, great job mate looks new again 👍🧤

🎉🎉🎉Needs yourself a kiddies plastic sand spade or garden trowel for those drain channels Ricky ❤😊

its no good for high traffic areas on block paving as within weeks it cracks and breaks up, awful stuff, kiln dried sand is used
Probably been asked a million times, what equipment do you use..? Great work..
The brick are jumping for joy shouting Ricky is here
Yo brother, I have a question. Do you wait a few days before resanding or do you resand directly after finishing the pressure cleaning?
Thanks for your answer bro.
@nohamzebbar3730 hi ya we normally resand the following day if it's dry , as needs to dry out before the resanding stage
Excellent result. The one next door also looked pretty clean - did you do that one too?
Hey Ricky which sand do you use to keep the patio solid after the washing ? And how long do you wait to use the sand after the washing ? I also can see that you use something in a plant watering can. For what is it and what product is it ?
Keep up the good work mate!
Hello we use kiln dried sand and normally resanded the following day once its all dried out, then we use hypo and biocide
Great job as always. I do have a question..I have been doing power washing over 13 tears and wanted to post on UA-cam. I really like your format..Do you use a GoPro on a stand?
Hey ya , yeah a go pro on a tripod or window cleaning pole , then set it to timelapse mode its as easy as that fella
Mr Ricky, why did you remove the grates for the driveway drain? Fantastic job on the driveway.
To clear the soak away out
Hi Ricky why do you use a watering can or a sortwash pump and sometimes a Xjet to put down the Chem what determines the application just curious
Just depends on the size of the job really, if just a two car driveway then a watering can anything bigger a xjet or the softwash pump
What is that white powder?
We resand the driveways with cocaine to stop the weeds growing back.
@@Bournemouthjetwashing oh. We do it different here. We use heroin instead of cocaine.

Dont need to use the softwash system if its on a small job a watering can does just fine David👍
