Try anti glare glasses to help relieve eye strain. I swear by them. You can probably get a good pair from optitions without a prescription in or Ebay, might be worth a look. I have them all round the house x but wear prescription one with Anti glare on. Or I would suffer. I can feel the pull on my eyes straight away when I don't have my glasses, ideal for watching you tube, TV etc
Again some lush bargains, I think they blue shirt looks better but both still lovely on you and I think the burnt red shirt is lovely colour on you , I defo like the pj bottoms did u get a top with it? And i like the grey joggers and jumper , thanks for sharing xx🏴👍🏼

Primark swimwear for a cuddlier lady is terrible. Next is a good investment. Look out for costumes in winter sales. Best time to get a good deal x or look on vinted x

I do own glasses that have anti glare, I’m just awful at remembering to wear them!🙈
It is a Charlotte tilbury dupe I wear it as a foundation because I don’t like full coverage
