Yeah, several times I was so close to getting her, but I feel like this boss more than others force you to just waste time running around and hence, missing on the damage. And then running out of ammo is also a thing, though that's a thing in all bosses.
what helped me beat her was descendant modules focused on ice resistance and HP and DEF, gun modules focused on firearm damage and fire damage and weakpoint damage, and gun roles focused on colossus damage and electricity or fire attack. also played with a friend so if she's targeting me, he can damage her freely. ALSO: 3/4 of her HP is shield. once u break the shield she goes down pretty fast.
let me save you 10 minutes. fight her solo and put an upgraded fire mod on your special weapon, or anything with heavy aim assist. i just beat her first try solo at level 36. the shield scaling she gets against 4 players is clearly overtuned. didnt even use a poison or fire character
This is huge soloed her with like 3 minutes remaining. I don’t think it’s overturned exactly but rather you’re rando queing in with 3 others that prob aren’t running the correct spec in terms of fire dmg so essentially choose if you wanna solo her easier or harder
Done it in a public lobby, level 40 Ajax with no cold resistance just massive skill power to keep the shield skills up for longer. Fire ATK on my Thunder and legendary revolver, random level 42 sniper in my third slot. Was pinging her for 50k orange hits (crit ?) and she went down with just over a minute remaining. Massive difficulty spike compared to the first 3 bosses.

Just apply a fire attack module if you don't have fire attack weapon, did you not pay attention to these things you get as you played the other bosses? Before complaining, remember the game is literally teaching you that you need to pay attention to your spec from this point. Weak point, fire damage on your weapons and cold resist, HP and def up and skill booster on your descendent. The game isn't supposed to be braindead easy, you need to think about your load out at this point, that's all.

Shield and Health Regenration is slow as a turtle in this game and that sucks. Also i wish matchmaking was smarter to group a team with a varation of decendents so that the outcome is a win. Too many times MM has paired 4 bunnies or Viessas and not even 1 tank. Too bad that if you're an F2P player and only have Viessa and Bunny unlocked its harder to beat this boss. Seems like ill have to solo this thing
Tip for controller: turn off aim assist. It seems bad but this is just one of those games that it will actively work against you on. Life is better without it trust me
A big thing to realize if you feel like your kill time will never make it, she's like 80% shield. It takes FOREVER to deplete her shield but once you do you've basically won. Her health melts like butter.
Got her on the 4th run thank the lord!!! She is a tough one for sure! I’m scared to see the other colssi and I’ve never died this much in the game till The Dead Bride
I personally found useful to use bunny especially when the boss pop the dome because you can easily run away. It’s very easy if you understand the mechanics and you play solo but is very hard if you play with a public team. I completed it in both solo and public and yes, if the team in public knows the mechanics, it’s even easier but like 8 times out of 10 you’ll get the randoms who never did this boss. The problem is that people give up because they expected a game where you run around and one shot everyone having the best weapons immediately…But the more you get closer to the level 40, the more impossible it is to play as a Rambo. Also, so many people loved warframe and destiny but they complain that in the first descendant you have to farm like crazy. It’s how the game works and that’s also the beautiful part of the game. Want to get easy stuff? Go and play other games. It’s very simple so you won’t ruin other people’s fun👌🏻
Tried public like 20 times and got close about 3 times, tried solo and took it down on the first try. Definitely an relatively easy elden ring boss fight if you do this solo
Her fire weakness is pointless if you didn't choose Lepic at the beginning, because all three fire-themed Descendants are locked in areas behind this boss.
All the tips and especially comments really helped. I used a handcannon, machine gun and sniper in public and did it 3rd try. If you are struggling with the group hang in there. I think my groups knew the mechanics well enough to prevent mass wipe and once we got the shield down we had 4 min left so it was a run to the finish but we got it done. You can too :)
Wonder what the developers hope to achieve by keeping Dead Bride challenging to so many? If the hope is that players will buy more powerful items to get through the gate, how many people are really going to risk spending cash given there's no guarantee they will succeed even after parting with money? The most likely outcome seems likely to be that many people will simply drop the game and give what time they have instead to, say, the new Warframe Jade story\quest.
About the immune weak spots on her arm, I got lucky and hit them both in quick succession and it ended the frenzy mode. To be fair I have yet to recreate this, so I cannot confirm that's what it does lol
Managed to do normal at weapon level 44 descendant level 39, most definitely feel like I solo'd the boss in a public game. 30 seconds left on the timer, took 4 tries to get a group that could stay alive.
Sharons cloak doesnt work on any colossus~ none of her abilities even effect collosi exccept her 3 with its augment that you can only get on hard mode... they need to buff her
This boss is a DPS check also. Forces you to farm and modify your build properly. The mechanics aren't hard it is really just a stat stick and some reminders on how to break shield(parts) as a primary focus for those bosses.
Well I did it on a poison chick and didn’t use her abilities they would have not done much anyway but I used thunder cage my second gun was a scout rife and 3rd gun was a sniper but my first two guns had fire mod but if your solo take your time but be kinda fast if you want my mods just leave a comment and I’ll gladly drop them

I got through this boss easy it’s devourer that is truly the first barrier as he heals if you use viessa and piercing weapons you will have an easier time with him though have fun people
Also look at the damage type on your weapons she is weak to burst so smgs tactical rifle and launchers will have the best damage profile to her weak points

Yeah I'm sort of stuck on this Boss atm with level 30 characters which is very hard so it's a game changer and in my opinion a big hiccup from the devs in game progression. The last group I was in to try to beat this boss had me with three people still in their teens and two were Viessa. This boss shouldn't even be available to anyone before at least level 38 or so.

Is it just me or do the fights with the colossi that are related to story progress actually more difficult than the fights after your first time beating them? Maybe they give them all the buffs the first time because I remember fight Stunning Beauty and Executioner was incredibly hard when it was to progress the story, and all attempts afterwards that was just to grind them for loot, they were killed in momenfs
Dead Bride is what we in the business like to call a Soft Paywall. You can beat it without paying but its there to stop you in your tracks and incentivise you to pay for power so you can overcome it. Its cheap and stupid so I implore you: Do not pay. Either find a gameplay solution or just drop the game. Do not incentivise or reward this behaviour.

Your guns can be higher - level up the mods and mastery rank, farm to make those mods better is how you progress even if level 40. Reactor enhancements, mods leveling or catalysts to have more mods capacity etc.
Just type in public messages that you need to complete this boss but no bunny or viessa simps allowed , i swear i wrote that and i finished it in 1 minute each back to back two times
Do it solo so much easier, done it first time after many failed attempts online, folks just don't read the boss description, come in with a Bunny (simps) or Freyna and shoot at non weakspots . 😂

I think you need to make a guide on pyromaniac which I and a lot of others have struggled on, I cleared it after my 10th run and it was CLOSE😅

it's not about hitting them both at once, you have to use a weapon with crush on it to break it fast

Just beat hard mode w freyna, fire on your weapon helps alot, only had around a minute left and three invincible stages the entire time
To everyone upset. Put on fire mods on your weapons, and Cold resist mod on your character. I solo’s her easy as Viessa.

Some randos and took 9 minutes to finally get her shield off just to have it fucked over with her going into immune stage with 1% health
2:34 nah waste of kuiper, chill antibody didnt do jack had it enchanced to 5 that blizzard attack still did chunks of my health. Glad I won though.

Your guns can be higher - level up the mods and mastery rank, farm to make those mods better is how you progress even if level 40. Reactor enhancements, mods leveling or catalysts to have more mods capacity etc.
Just type in public messages that you need to complete this boss but no bunny or viessa simps allowed , i swear i wrote that and i finished it in 1 minute each back to back two times

Do it solo so much easier, done it first time after many failed attempts online, folks just don't read the boss description, come in with a Bunny (simps) or Freyna and shoot at non weakspots . 😂
Exactly the bunny simps are useless human beings
