Blackberry Smoke are one of my favourite bands and Charlie is such a talented guy, brilliant singer, songwriter and guitarist, this was such a fun rig rundown, great stuff 😄
Great interview. I’m from a council estate in Gateshead, I love how the guy tries to compress his Geordie accent slightly, but then he slips into his own natural dialect. Superb.
Charlie Starr is a great player and just a nice person that shares his knowledge. I have been wanting a lp junior for a couple of years now. I finally bought the Signature Walnut. Not always a big Signature guy but it has only what you need. Loving it.

Top wrap is great on Les Paul bridges as you can have the tail piece all the way down and the string height is not as steep over the bridge and give the strings a different feel. It is subtle, but I think it is best. Love Charlie and the band!!

One thing we can say about Charlie is he plays all his guitars, is knowledgeable about them, and often has a backstory about every guitar.
