Hey girl, good to see you. This foundation really does look great on you! Don’t worry so much about your skin, it doesn’t look bad at all. I mean you have to be so close to even notice anything at all. You’re beautiful so that is what people notice. Enjoy your trip, I hope it’s prosperous. Safe travels love❤️
I am 45 with dry skin and this is my favorite foundation out of crap load of I have - anything from high end to drug store.

@@ImMalloryBrooke first and foremost you have to moisturize your face very well before.
Then it glides on like magic cream and just melts into my skin. Doesn’t oxidize. And the powder which I would normally avoid goes very well with the color - more like a thin veil rather than powder. You can’t even detect it.
It’s better than the foundations that promise moisture- like Make Up Forever new formula Hydro Glow. I wore them side by side. After 6 hours PT (color fair 2) looked creamy and nice while the MUF side was creasing and dry city on that side of my face.
I bought PT before I read anything about it and I am so glad I did. Because a lot of people say it’s not for dry skin. In reality I believe it’s for any type of skin.
Lastly, the package is very convenient. You can take it with you, it has a mirror - quick touch ups with no mess.

Thank you for the review. It’s pretty amazing how well it stayed after your workout. That’s a true test. I’m going to wait for you to wear it a bit before I decide to buy it. I kinda feel like it would be good for older ladies like me with wrinkles especially around my smile and mouth area. I’m not sure how it would set. I’m so impressed with your mascara and it not getting onto the skin on the bottom lashes of your eyes. Am I even making sense here? 🤷🏻♀️ I fight that, even when I powder lightly. This makeup looks really great on you and really brought out your eyes. 💖

Yes! It feels like nothing. It’s great with a light moisturizer and a little bit of the milk stick primer on my T Zone. Love it!

I'm so excited to try this! I'm encouraged that it works so well over textured skin. I hope it works as well over wrinkles on "mature" skin. It looks beautiful on you despite your current condition. I wonder if the fragrance of the Lancome foundation set your skin off. I haven't used their mascaras in years, but even those were heavily scented and irritated my eyes. Why do luxury brands still add perfumes to their makeup?
I HAVE to get this foundation! I have always loved cream foundation but with my almost 40 year old and very dry skin, I can't find one that doesn't make me look older. I also want some of the skin tints you showed on another video, I haven't done a Sephora haul in a while and I think I might break the bank this time. lol

Do you prefer this one over the new Hourglass Ambient Soft Glow? I was wondering how the blur effects compare
They are different, but I would pick the new Patrick Ta.
Hourglass Ambient Soft Glow has more coverage and does blur better. But the Patrick Ta Major Skin is lighter but MUCH more skin-like- which is why I prefer it.

Did you ever try the lancome foundation again? Just curious bc it looked like where you broke out is where you would put blush or bronzer … wondering if it was for sure the foundation or could it have been the blush or bronzer that didn’t mix could w the foundation?

I’ve never tried Patrick Ta products ☹️ The closest Sephora to me is a small counter within a Belk. The main store doesn’t ship to post office boxes which is a challenge for me. I live on top of a mountain and it’s hard to get packages delivered to my house. I need to get a box at the bottom of my road but I’d have to be a larger one that locks and could withstand mailbox baseball.
I might have to get it delivered somewhere else because this looks too good to pass up.
I’m sorry you’re still having problems with the bad reaction. It took weeks for my skin to clear up when I tried a Dior serum foundation years ago and had the same type of reaction. It was a painful rash that was on top of and under the skin. The foundation had some type of fruit extract in it that was most likely the culprit. Most of the time I end up with congestion and a blackhead explosion on the 2nd or 3rd day in a row when I wear most Dior foundations. I can get away with using Air Flash 3 days before it happens but I haven’t risked it since I learned that lesson. The serum foundation was brutal.
I hope it starts healing soon! I recall using honey and Emu oil to get my reaction to simmer down.

OMG! OMG! OMG!!!!! I have been looking for a review like this for the past 2 days and since there was none, I finally ordered it 45 minutes ago!!! The brush was not available yet, but then again, I apply every single foundation with a sponge! Just like you, I have been waiting for this ever since I tried his cream/powder blush duo!!! I'm just so happy!!! I CAN'T FREAKIN WAIT!!! Next, I want him to release cream shadows like the ones in his palettes, in singles, duos or quads! I'm so sorry you're still dealing with the Lancôme aftermath! I've had that happen too many times!! Try the Avène Cilcafate+ (I know, I'm a parrot!! lol) I just really hope it helps you! You look beautiful by the way! Now, if this foundation looks good on your skin while it is reacting, can you imagine how great it will be once your skin is back to normal!?? True testament right there!! Now go get Avène and smother your face in it!! lol ❤❤😘💕💕

Oxidization/Oxidation are synonyms. So, I choose to make it simpler and drop that one extra syllable and just say Ox-i-da-tion. But it’s definitely personal preference. I just like you way to much not to help. Please know that I would NEVER patronize or condescend! I respect the hell out of you!! ✌🏼❤️

I use the Seint cream foundation. It gives me medium to full coverage and is really pretty on my skin. The stuff you used looks nice for light to medium and it looks beautiful on your skin. It is too expenisve for my budget. I have horrible broken capillaries in my cheeks because of my rosacea and the heat out here. I have to have more coverage. Thanks for showing it to us!!!💜

oh girl. great! I filmed this video not just with my usual drya$$ skin, but with a terrible burn/rash from the lancome. so I would say its wonderful for dry and damaged skin!
Have you tried the kosas foundation? I’ve had since April but recently I had a reaction to it.

😬 Sorry. Reactions are not fun. I’m not sure why brands overload their skin and face products with fragrance. It’s not wise and causes reactions in many.
I was very nervous when I bought the newer Chanel foundation because it has a scent but I watched several reviews saying it was mild and dissipated quickly. It does and I’ve had no issues but really that is pure luck. As soon as I read/hear someone say a product is heavily fragranced in reviews I’m out!

I have this exactly color in my basket with the link you provided, but now I'm scared the powder will be too dark. I know he sent you 3 different colors, but I can't afford that. Genuine question-who’s wearing foundation to the gym? I break out from sweating in makeup. Is that weird? Am I alone in this? I thought it was average not to wear a lot of base products to the gym.
I wear makeup when I work out. My face is white compared to my body and I have to match so I don’t look scary. 😂 I don’t have an issue with it.
I never wear makeup when working out. What’s the point… There’s women with a full face at my gym. Bright ass lips and all. 🤣
Some people have to go directly to the gym after work and don’t have time. For me, it’s my job to put products through the ringer, but I do prefer to not wear makeup when I work out.
@@ImMalloryBrooke thank you! I hope I didn’t offend anyone, I wasn’t intending to, I was just genuinely curious. Everyone’s routine is different. I get not having time. For me I usually take some micellar water and leave my mascara and sometimes my whole eye makeup alone if it’s on the minimal side and then I do a lip liner or some lip balm and go. And if I have time and I’m starting from nothing, I’ll do some concealer under my eyes, maybe a Mac paint pot or cream shadow to cover all my veining on my eyes, some brows and maybe some mascara and definitely lip liner and lip balm. I’m personally super insecure about how clearly people can see my veining through my pale pale skin so I totally get it, but once I realized I was breaking out, I had to wash it off.
I know I’m the only person on earth…but I’m not interested in this. I know I won’t use the powder which makes it $52 for less than 1/2 ounce of product. I’ve seen a few reviews and it looked ok, but didn’t blow me away enough to pay $52. 🤷🏻♀️
Well to be fair this isn’t your typical liquid foundation. A little bit goes a loooong way, and the duo is meant for touch ups, and being on the go. But totally get not everyone being interested in this type of product❤️

@@Donna-vh5ym I’m not sure. I’ve only seen a handful of reviews and they were on people way younger than myself. I can say that none of the reviewers were raving about it, most said it was ok.
