i made a 360 meal this one in the video actually. I don't have the rubber band so what I did was put a lid on the broccoli using foil, then added the rice dish on top of the foil and put foil on over the rice dish and then pressure cooked it for 2 minutes. It came out great. I use deer meat, didn't taste like deer more like beef.
You do so many things with your Ninja's, I seem to use mine all the time. Today it was dehydrate onions in one dehydrate garlic in another one, and then pressure cooked a whole frozen chicken until the internal temperature reached 130F then took it out placed it into a pot added stuffing off to the side (cast iron pot) into the oven finished it off and browned it until temperature of chicken reached 165 but me I left it a little by accident so the temperature reached 168 but that is ok it still came out tender, and moist. I love my pots I have four of the darn things. Thank you for all your help. Sharon
I love your videos! You food is always amazing. It truly appreciate that you include a link to the recipe so i dont have to cut and paste to get it into my recipe app
Louise I have got to tell you. This is the BEST beef tips ever. I've tried so many recipes. Copycats, Texas roadhouse my fav. And NONE compared to this recipe. Absolutely delicious. Thank you
Your expressions and inflections blend so well that I can almost catch the aroma of what you're preparing. Emeril always wished he had "Smell-O-Vision." But you come really close!
I cooked this last night and we really enjoyed it. The beef was cooked perfectly and the gravy was excellent! I served it over egg noodles instead of rice.
I've been waiting for this recipe!!!!!!! I trust everything you do. Especially the sausage and peppers recipe. My family loves it. And I can't wait to try this one
made it tonight...turned out great...made the rice and broccoli on the side since I don't have fat daddio pans. Thanks for all the pressure cooker videos.
I just got my ninja foodi 14 in 1, 6.5, yesterday. And this recipe was the first thing I did. I should have done the water test first to see how it works but didn’t. Was having issues with the pressure cooking part. Long story short IT TURNED OUT AMAZING! Thanks ❤
I finally made this last week! (Didn’t get to comment til now cuz I came outta retirement from nursing for a minute to help someone 🤷🏻♀️) Anyways, it was delicious! And not too hard on my back either! Another winner in my book! 🥰🥰
Just got my Ninja Foodi OP300 and made the my first meal. Only made the Beef Tips and the Rice. My whole family loved it. I changed up a few things. I doubled the Sirloin Tips and I sliced White Mushrooms because that is what I like. I omitted the Balsamic and doubled the Worch. Sauce used the Beef Comsomme but added beef broth to make more of the grave. I pressured cooked the meat for 20 minutes then added the rack and made double the rice. put it back on pressure cook for 4 minutes but I got the swirling light for like 12 minutes so I decided to stop it and checked the rice and it was done so I removed the rack with the rice and thickened the gravy with a corn starch slurry. Well the whole family loved it and I am happy with my free Ninja Foodi (LONG STORY as to why I got it free).
I have the Ninja OL601, is there anything you would change when using the newer foodi? You're videos have saved me, my mom sent me your channel because I'm very new learning how to cook and completely lost in the kitchen and you have made things so so much easier for me thank you! 😍
Made this as my first meal in my ninja foodi. Taste wonderful! The meat was fork tender but next time I will thicken the gravy a bit more. Was a bit too runny but was still very flavorful ❤️
I'm new to your channel and that looks delicious! I do Keto, so I would use another type of thickening agent and cauliflower rice. I never had beef tips before. It's interesting how you manipulated using those pans to make a steamer stack like that ❤️🙂 Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for posting! I am new to ninja foodie cooking and you are my "GoTo" Chef for all things Cooking! One thing I couldn't find was the information on if you only wanted to cook the beef tips. You mentioned cooking them longer but I couldn't find anything else on it. Is it only the sauces and cooking longer? I'm really just trying to make the sirloin tips tender and throw them into a wrap with veggies. Your video is the closest thing I could find so I'm going with it! Thank you again, so much!
Well, I got my bands and pans yesterday, and I'm making it tonight. Hardest thing so far was to keep the legs on the rack from folding in as I lowered it.
Do you have the slow cooker option on your foodie? Great choice of beef cut. Looks absolutely fantastic. Wondering if you could make some dry ribs, restaurant style with just salt and pepper? Of course an accompanying sauce would be great for everyone. Thanks for another great recipe! I’m very hungry now! 😊
These ribs are amazing! I used to own a BBQ restaurant and although we smoked our ribs, these are so close to what we made it's amazing and they are so quick to make: thesaltedpepper.com/ninja-foodi-ribs/
GOOD MORNING 🙏 That looks delicious 😋 I'm supposed to stay away from red meat but, I always duplicate your recipes. I will definitely be cooking this meal. I'll just eat a small portion; no need to tell my doctor. 😉
Oh no, I splurged on a 6.5 quart Ninja Foodi yesterday at Walmart, just so I could make this 360 meal. I have a 5 quart, but it didn't come with the reversible rack. I got my roast out to thaw, and sat down to watch the video, when I realized I forgot I need the bands, I have the Fat Daddio 6"3", but no other one, though I might can find something here. Is there anyway I can do it without the bands?
I'm wondering if the pan of frozen broccoli got colder when you filmed because obviously you have to talk through each step...and you don't when doing test batches, so the pan was warmer and took less time to come to pressure? Whatever the case, this looks great and I can't wait to try it!
I'm thinking you are spot on with that theory. After the video, I thought about and the frozen broccoli sitting in the pan did chill the pan quite a bit. Thankfully, it all worked out.
Got my bands and a sling for my Foodie thank you so much for all you do. I keep forgetting to say I love your hands and nails so many Ytubers have fake fingernails and they look awful. Yours always looks clean and natural when Jeff gets a close-up of your hands. Thank you to Jeff for the amazing videoing he is amazing too You two make an awesome team and couple!!!
Thanks so much! I'd love to have pretty painted nails, but I wash WAY too many dishes to keep polish on and peeling polish is not going to look good in videos! LOL
LOL! I'm still not sure I can say them right, so I've started saying sweet onions! LOL LOL! I'm going to practice though and one day I will tell the story for sure!
I think sea salt or kosher is better because it doesn't contain the iodine and I think it makes food taste better. You can use table salt in recipes that call for kosher or sea salt, but make sure to decrease the amounts because the salt crystals are much finer. A tsp of table salt will taste much saltier than a tsp of sea or kosher salt.
when I do 360 it tend to happen the delay preheating steps that take way longuer ans I figure out it is caused by thr obstacle and all thr element in between the bottom and top of thr ninja thst does allow steam to flow directly to the top and build up pressure. ...
Since it's pressure cooked, you really couldn't get the same results from the grill. You can make it on the stove though and the directions are in the written recipe post.
You can make the beef tips and gravy without anything but the inner pot, but to turn it into a 360 meal, you have to have containers for layering and a way to secure them to the rack or another way to build 3 layers of cooking.
What is too much? I think that is defined differently by everyone. Although, I don't think I've ever been accused of talking too little, I happen to know that I give great value to people when I talk "too much," I think I'll stick with that for now. Thanks for commenting though, it shows that you care and are interested enough! Much love to you, I hope life gets better for you.

I only use brown rice , would the time be different or would you precook
Yes, the time would be different and brown rice usually needs more water. I would probably start the brown rice when I start the beef tips.
What types of lids are you putting on top of your pans of broccoli and rice. Thanks.
Where do you get the little rubber tops for the rice and broccoli?
They are on Amazon, here is my affiliate link: amzn.to/3af6DcJ

LOL! I'm making a banana cheesecake swirl bread and they need to be darker, but they are in the fridge now. LOL
Does the consommé need to be diluted since it’s condensed? Thank you.
This was really helpful for me. I was wondering if you don't have those silicone covers, would tin foil wrap work ok?
Yes, absolutely
GOOD MORNING 🙏

If you can fit everything in some other way, then it should work fine.
Since the consumme is “condensed” should a can of water be added to the can of condensed consumme?

How can this work with the ninja foodi grill?
Since it's pressure cooked, you really couldn't get the same results from the grill. You can make it on the stove though and the directions are in the written recipe post.
Can you cut the recipe in half?
💖👼🏻🌺
That was no snafu, you cooled the pot down with the frozen broccoli, so of course it would take a longer time to come to pressure.
Was excited to try this until I realized you have to use stuff not included with the Foodi. Oh well
You can make the beef tips and gravy without anything but the inner pot, but to turn it into a 360 meal, you have to have containers for layering and a way to secure them to the rack or another way to build 3 layers of cooking.
