Overall, I think making any ranked list of any form of art is a foolish venture. It’s doomed to fail. Whether it’s music, movies, tv shows, or video games, different people have different tastes and preferences. I think Apple’s list is bad and should be laughed at, but I think if I made a list it would also be bad and deserving of ridicule. My list would have fucking Crush 40 on there, a band whose sole purpose is to make music for Sonic the Hedgehog games. It just goes to show that there is no objective truth in what the best art is.
