I am so excited to give binaural beats a try for boosting creativity. I actually used them as a form of pain management a couple years ago, when I had a couple severely herniated discs in my lower back. No amount of medication could relieve the pain. So while I waited to get in to see the surgeon, I turned to binaural beats. I swear, it was the only thing that got me through. I will give this a go during my next writing session!
I love stopping in the middle of a scene for the day! I despise staring at the blank page of a new scene, so that is one that I already implement. I'll have to try the other ones out.
This really seems to help me as well. Another thing I have been trying to do that kind of goes hand in hand is taking that scene and playing it out in my head as the day goes along. I try to focus only on the scene that I will be working on the next time I write. I typically jot down notes if something seems to be clicking. It is so much fun to find new ways of getting the creative juices flowing.
i maybe crazy but when i am behind my deadline, i do two things: either i cram everything or i sit in the corner and cry 😂 it depends on how much work i will be needing to catch up hahaha
