My yojumbo in cpm m4 will be here today, im so stoked. I also just ordered the micro. The dragonfly is an amazing knife, this seems like it will blow that away. Im excited to carry both and in my everyday use, they will be perfect.
Aye…One of my favorite knife manufacturers and nice to see MJ providing the info. To this day, my worst snake bite has come from the Yojumbo. Keep the great vids coming!
That was a great interview! I loved his point about the same functionality but with different sizes with comparing the three common Glock models. And it’s great, because he actually lives in the self-defense world and can talk about these designs from that point of view. I’m sure you were geeking out😅

Excellent, martial blades. I have the Yojumbo and Yojimbo II . However, they can be greatly improved for much faster blade deployment with "aftermarket" additions of a "wave hook" and karambit style retention ring which I have done.

@@tacticaltavern Of course that was a hyperbolic sentence from me, it's not meant to insult foreign people that I don't even know from the other side of the world, yet the success of Spyderco knives goes far beyond me.
That round hole on their blades deserves a Nobel Prize, a Pulitzer, an Oscar, a Palm d'Or, a Leone d'Oro, a Grammy... at least an Olympic gold medal for its unbelievable anti-aestheticism. In a sort of semi-conscious nightmare, I imagine their designers in an empty room, hands on their knives, teasing a divine half-naked Goddess: "Here, Venus, we just want to left a scar on that face and all the Beauty that pollutes this world". And all around the room, a crowd of people cheering to them 😪 🤣. Thar round hole, Gesù Cristo Santissimo, that round hole. 😞

I love this video; Michael is so cool and knowledgeable in all his knife-teaching videos. His Yojimbo knives are badass! They are so badass I just wish they had a little bit bigger of a finger guard on them.
