HOW TO DO INWARD ROLL 360 - [PARKOUR FREERUN TUTORIAL]

i couldn't find it anywhere, tnks a lot. know what i can't find as well? the roll backwards( if you fall on your ass) and the roll backwards that spin into a normal roll like 00:17 in the video 'Learn the Parkour Roll - Assassins Creed Style' and 3:05 in the video 'Chad Zwadlo August 2013' or 1:29 in 'Collin Cooper: Dragon Slayer Supreme', if you make a tutorial on those would be awesome. thanks again
