First,and great video👍
what's the name/brand of the shoes you're wearing ?
The one of the most
First of all if you end with the same leg in front as you start up with you should be able to end your roll in a standing position and keep running, also you can then stand up from the roll on your front leg instead of your back leg. If you don't bend your elbow all the way to the ground ( just bend it slightly) and also don't slide the hand under you should then be able to control the roll and pass over the shoulder and onto the top of the shoulder blade, your shoulder doesn't have to hit the ground. You can turn your hips slightly to avoid hitting your hip bone (lower back) but don't turn to much or else you will hit your thigh bone. To not hurt your knee at the end of the roll, just bring it up and in slightly, just enough so roll from the butt to the balls of your feet without the knee touching but still keeping the knee out.
Sorry if this to long, I wish I could show you in person
Hey Np. But If Your Struggling With The Dive Roll,There's 3 Steps To Overcome The Fear, You Helped Me, So I,ll Help The People Watching This, While Executing the dive roll, Do The Hand Out, Steadiness Steps, And Your Ready! First,Jump,Simplest step!(1),Second, I Came Up With This Technique, If Ya Cant Stretch It, Bend It, That's Right, Bend Your Knees To Your Butt(2),And Simply Execute the roll!(3)
i hurt my shoulder bone, even if i try to bend it in as much as possible, and this happens on carpet, so imagine how much it will hurt for me when i do it on concrete!
I am also doing the roll on the left shoulder
If I do it on a right shoulder I will break myself
This would have been a lot more usefull before i spraind my ankle(i jumped off a 2 meter old house but i have done that like 30 times and it didnt even Hurt and then just my body decides: boom now your ankle is sprained)
