  • Hello there,
    I am Dr. Ekta and I will be posting videos on HOW I PREPARED FOR AMC MCQ EXAM and PASSED IT IN MY FIRST ATTEMPT. These will hopefully be helpful for anyone preparing for the AMC EXAM at BEGINNER LEVEL.
    In this video i am talking about how i kept a track of all the study material and made it organised for easy revision.
    1. Made a list of topics along with resource i am studying it from, for each module during my first read.
    2. Made whatsapp group with myself only, for each module to dump important links, pictures and voice notes for important points in it so that i dont have to search for all the guidelines again.
    3. Wrote important points from guidelines/ kaplan/ question banks on John Murtagh and made it my only revision book instead of having 3 separate books.
    4. Did 3-4 revisions by actively recalling
    5. All revisions were in systemic approach for example if i am revising orthopaedics, will first do theory for it, then question bank, blue book and recalls then move to next module and follow same.
    Hope this was helpful, let me know if you have any questions in the comment boxes below.

      there is a facebook group of dr shahriar, you can find recall discussions on it or on telegram groups, but most of the times for compiled files you have subscribe for courses like Firstaidamc, Dr Ahmed's course or Shahriar academy. All of them provide recalls but they are paid.

    As an IMG the last year of med school is of internship so is it alright to give the exam right after completing the meds school . Or it’s mandatory to first give FMG and then do 1 year of internship in India and then to apply for AMC 1…?

    • @ekta-IMG
      @ekta-IMG  4 дні тому

      You can give the exam soon after finishing med school, but to be eligible for the jobs in Australia you do need 1 year of internship.
