- Sandor was with me for ten years. He enjoyed the food that I provided and showed his appreciation by spending much time with me; he would lie down and watch me cook or cut the lawns. I miss him very much. He has garnered the highest viewing figures on this channel.
At my school I feed seagulls. One seagull came to me and me and my friend fed it. We decided to name him Sandor because of this series. He now visits us every day :) thank you for making these videos

I also had a seagull pet when I lived in New York, he came every day to get his Food.Sometimes he stayed on my balcony for Hours and sat down. He was getting very spoiled.He did not eat bread anymore .He first ate the ham and then perhaps also the cheese, which he did not like so much.He got then very fat, I wondered if he still can fly…., When I had my morning coffee, he looked into the window, looked at me and screamed, he wanted also to have his breakfast, they are Wonderful animals, thanks for the Videos!!!

I only offer bread when there is no meat. Currently, I am collecting meaty waste food from the school dining hall.

This beautiful European Herring Gull may be female. Sandor looks female because Sandor's head looks pretty curvey, where a male bird has a more flat head. of course Sandor can identify individual 2 legged mammals, probably more by location does this bird draw memories. Also, female birds tend to be a little smaller, with cleaner heads. Sandoe is intelligent and you can see that in Sandor's eyes

Do seagulls in general like dark bread in particular, or just this specific bird? I buy bread to feed the seagulls and crows around here, daily if there is mu discount bread, and they don't seem to care about what kind it is.

where are located? I am seeing seagulls hundreds of miles from an ocean coastline... Dallas, Tx, course the Mormons in their history had flocks of them arrive in Utah & eat the locusts thus saving their crops, seen as miraculous, but like pigeons ducks, they are not afraid to take advantage of human feedings, but am wondering how their migrations are new or different....
p.S. the gulls on Padre Island, Texas, will eat anything, I feed them tuna (probably radiated from japanese nucleur mess in Pacific... but fried chicken legs too , they love to pick the bones clean ;)
