It makes me annoyed when people get angry about him winning, his style and music is so unique and different to all the others, that's why he won. He didn't win just because he has a heart problem or people felt sorry for him if that was the case, Russia would of won if they were taking part in the contest because of the singer being in a wheelchair and having a disability. Different kinds of music should be respected. I totally agree that more songs nowadays don't have any meanings behind them and his message was so true.

Yes, Italy's staging was not good. Portugal and Bulgaria were pretty clever with their staging, though. And Portugal had probably the most unique song this year, meaning that they could have been given any spot in the running order and they would still stand out. When a song doesn't depend on the running order to succeed, it means something.
