- After Zero beat my last record with a 1 minute 7 second kill, I return with a speed kill of Sigryn in only 36 seconds! This time around I used a timewalking set modeled after his kill. I do still believe some optimizations can be made to get an even faster record :D

People are out here killing these in 30 seconds while I've put more than 800 attempts into the guardian one and I still cant get out of phase one. Good shit dude, keep rocking these challenges.

@@phoenixrising6006 To give you a bit of context, I play maybe 9 hours a week with the highest level content I do being LFR. I also dont play druid, it's an alt character that I play when I'm bored. Guardian just happens to be the only mage tower that I actually care a single thing about and want to complete.
@@UnholyGTX mage tower scales you down, its doable in 226 greens that you can get from zereth vendor
I remember doing Guardian back in Legion with the Trash Leggo and the Heart of the Wild Leggo and just siting all of p1 outside of the ring, Dpsing P2 with the Trinket from Gul'Dan and stuff. Was fun.
Tip: Do Emerald Nightmare for the Trinket from the first boss. It's realy good for every melee/tank. And maby even try to get the trinket from Gul'Dan (I don't know how it scales, did not try Guardian this time around, since I have my original Harambe and will never use the new one anyway;) )

So is the level 50 tbc gear with sockets just from TBC timewalking?
Not timewalking but chromie time. If you want to get gear at ilvl 50 you need a friend to xp lock their toon at level 45, have them turn on chromie time, and you blast them through the dungeon you need a piece of gear from. They will then loot the items at ilvl 50.
Is it possible to burst this challenge down with other classes too? Like enhancer or assa rogue?
Not sure if any other class can do it as fast as Arcane, but it would be cool to see other classes go for their own spec-specific records

The items I used are a mix of legion chromie time gear that have multiple sockets/on use effects. This is a small google sheet I made to keep track of the gear as I was farming it. Could be useful to you if you plan on trying to collect the set aswell :D

No glitches just a pretty straightforward attempt to burn the boss down as quickly as possible

The tier sets don't work in the mage tower do they? Back on PTR they did but I didn't think it would make it to live.
Nope no tier sets, legendary effects, covenants, etc.

The red ones are Brilliant Queen's Garnet. On my pants I'm using Leviathan's Eye of Intellect, Kraken's Eye of Intellect, and Saber's Eye of Intellect. I also have a Burning Primal Diamond on my helm.

@@Frostshokula There's nothing in the encounter that hits hards in terms of melee except when the axe guy is empowered. It shows when you people have no idea how the content works
People was killing bosses with green gear under the 35 secs on classic, this game was always same. Sometimes easy sometimes hard depends on you.
the new mage tower isnt even a challange compared to the legion one
The legion ones were also easy by the end when they were outgeared. Now in the beginning in NH they were quite challenging, but when they first put back legion timewalking this was also very hard and overtuned. Also don’t let this video fool you, he is using a lot of consumeables and on use items and he is fully gemmed in a lot of sockets. He has all kinds of advantages.

@@minecraftminer59mineboymin38 Are you kidding me? Imps spawn: Brutal Slash, Brutal Slash, Brutal slash. Each one hits for like 1 million damage minimum. Shield? Ferocious Bite and the shield breaks and then you instant heal yourself. She teleports to the other side? Dash. Feral is honestly the most over-equipped spec for any mage tower, except maybe fire mage or frost mage.
Nothing impressive here. Thats a no skill boss. Go do a prot paladin one. Good luck to you.
