    Leraned something new again. Thanks, Eddy! I've decided to up my game with Eastern cooking this year, so my son bought me a 3-tier bamboo steamer. I watched another of your videos earlier today, that taught me how to prepare them from new, fresh out of the plastic. I didn't know I had to do that, but now I do. I have subscribed. Stay cool. 😎👍🖖

    Instead of cutting the triangles along the edge of the folded parchment, I would just use a belt hole punch. That would be perfect and wouldn't take nearly so much time. Just fold the parchment as you did and then use the belt punch along both edges. You can get belt hole punches at any fabric store... or maybe even at Walmart. I have a couple of them from my sewing days.
