Walkers is owned by Pepsi, which owns Lays too. I wouldn't describe them as a 'premium' crisp, but they do have over 50% of the crisp market in the UK.
Walker's is the original name they didn't change it in the uk but most other places they changed it to lays,why I don't know 😊
