About the gaster blasters and the sans speech problem, i just want to say, i didnt do too much research, but im still proud of this game!
From the original creator zero danteero it says lore wise that, Sans was infected by one of his fathers’ experiments, infecting his mind and causing him to become a psycho. The chemical removed crucial parts of his brain; happiness, confusion, common sense and empathy.

Well, in general, insanity Sans has a different story, Gaster did it with Sans, removed kindness, and many more good feelings and Sans killed Gaster and all the monsters too, but why did sans leave Papyrus's head? he left his head like a trophy..? or simply remembers that he is his brother ... (a person has nothing to do with it)

That dt altered sans body that caused him to lose parts of his emtions in the head. That explains why he's crazy and kills monsters it wasn't the genocide but a experiment gone wrong making a crazy maniac in the process.
