My goodness real estate prices are out of control. Just 10 years ago this property was probably in the $200-250 range. Don't we all wish our paychecks would have gone up accordingly. Ouch.

I guess this home was originally built for a professional upper middle class family. The man of the house at the time possibly an attorney, physician, or a mid-level executive. Just for fun one of these days, I might visit this town that gave us Mr. Rogers and rock n roller Donnie Iris.
Probably! It’s still a very nice area I can imagine that when it was built it was even more exclusive. It’s a long drive from Texas but worth the visit! Not gonna lie I had to look up who Donnie iris was 😂

Nice I grew up in Panama City Florida 🙌 It’s important to remember the listed price isn’t necessarily the sale price. The market and demand is what ultimately determines it and if it’s not priced correctly for current conditions then it simply won’t sell. Is that the price range you’d be interested in if it were more updated?
