@UCcTPNEMYAw8MIVOOi0tJ0qA okay naman po, nag stutter lang ako ng konti pero all in all, I answered every questions with confidence,nagulat lang ako dun sa question na expected salary kasi medyo nalito ako dun sa mga nabasa kong reviews about sa salary kay cb kaya nag play safe nalang ako sa sagot ko regarding this questions. To sum it up, the interviewer, boosts my confidence by the way he asks me several questions kasi na feel ko for the first time a fresh grad na "wow, I really am a professional na" hehe

@@DarrellFreeTalks agree.. Me i have an experience too, but i am a bit shy or not sure if i can ask for 1500 usd a a salary. My monthly salary usually hits more or less 500 usd per month.
But if i would be given a 2nd chance now if I pursue to apply again (the last time i tried is way back 2021, and literaly got scared to apply again hehe.) i think i am confident now and prepared for anything hehe. (hoping this is my right time now) good luck to us applicants!

Read the job description and look whatever job you think suits you well. Check mo nalang if need ng experience nung job or not

had the same experience. di nakaattend sa first interview, then may nagemail po asking why di ako nakaattend may form lang po kong finill up then binigyan ako ng sched again.

ung sa mga Post ng company nyo offer nila is 50k,70k meron pa ngang 85k as a Cyberbacker. During my Final Interview sabi ko good ako sa 45k since ung job post na inapplyan ko is 75k.... offer lang daw is 20k??????? sabe ng Interviewer is up to 70k daw pro hindi daw sila willing na mag bigay non since entry level lang daw ung Position na pinost nila... Eh bat pa naglagay ng 70k??? (gets ko nmn para maka attract ng applicants) pero parang MISLEADING yata yon...Nakaka disappoint lang kase sa dami ng narinig kong Positive reviews...ung isang nakita kong Negative comment na pinili kong i-Disregard is yun papala yung totoo.... Solid nga na mababa ung offer sa Cyberbacker, dream Company ko pa nmn to :(
P.S sobrang pilit pa saken nung interviewer na babaan ko daw hinihingi ko at babaan ko rin daw ung expectation ko since di daw ganon sa inyo. Unang tanong nya ung rate tapos nung nagsabi ako ng amount eh obvious na nawalan na cya ng Gana.
(BTW, this comment is not to disrespect the company, I am just sharing my actual experience para malaman din ng iba ung other side na pedi nilang maranasan..)
Hello, if you're going to check the job postings. It says "up to." which means that you can earn up to the stated offer. It may take some time and promotions to earn it. ^^
This is also to give awareness to others.
