You could probably modify this one a little bit to make a Wolverine. I am not familiar with Forbous man or did you mean Forbush Man, the guy with a pot on his head?

I am based in Texas so I don't really know the answer to that. I buy a lot of my stuff online here in the US. I know there are some sources you could probably find close to you like maybe China. A google search brought up foamtechchina. I also find mine at craft stores and home improvement stores too. You could also try going to a gym that have foam floor mats and ask who they sourced it from. You are looking for EVA, closed cell foam.

don't know that I will make the Nite Nite mask but a friend of the channel Cosplay Geist took my tomato head template base and made one on his channel. You should check him out and see how he made it.
I thought so too. Kind of more classic daredevil red. All the new stuff was almost maroon. It's definitely something I would do differently if I made another.

Bro, there is no parts of left horn of the mask in pdf. How can I cut it.
Turn the right side of the pattern upside down and trace it again. They are symmetrical, so turning the pattern label side down gives you the left
