This is the last video to be edited by our editor before he leaves to focus on his channel so expect to see more ramble type videos in the future. I WILL TRY TO IMPROVE THE VIEWER EXPERIENCE I PROMISE. Ill do a powerpoint style next cause those videos really helped me climb in the past.
PLS feel free to leave any criticism or feedback below here so I can use it for the next video.
also if you like our editors work check out his TFT stuff! He's worked with a lot of TFT pros and makes cool content about artifacts -> @mein_tgl

I appreciate your efforts good sir!
I suggest putting your main point/topic sentence in the start of the section. Say how you think it should be positioned, and then explain why after. E.g. you started off talking about Gwen by talking about how tooltips don't tell you everything, about people might build blue buff, how once she's optimized she might be nerfed, then you compare things to set 5 6 9 Gwen, which units you want to pair Gwen with... but how exactly do I position Gwen? Or perhaps more importantly, how do I position other units to take advantage of Gwen? It felt like the answer was implied but wasn't really explicitly stated in the end.
Garchompro does similar positioning videos and he's much more concise and to-the-point. But he stopped positing videos. If you could take on some of the way he structure his videos I think you'd do a lot of good.

i don’t mind the rambling too much, i’d rather have the information there and than not have it at all. worse case, i can just skip through the video if i have an overlap in knowledge. definitely could be streamlined. thanks for being proactive in improving.

Found you on twitter a bit ago, quality content! Don't even sweat too much about the editing, as long as you're dropping great knowledge like this, people will watch!

Side note: at 17:40 that olaf jump is a charm which made your highest ad champion jump to the back.
    Overall very useful video.

UA-cam recommended your channel to me yesterday and besides being helpful it’s also nice to see your dedication and willingness to improve viewer experience. Hoping the channel only continues to grow, congrats!

THIS IS REALLY HELPFUL, I never thought to learn about positioning and just followed comp guides.
HOWEVER, this video made me see its importance, and you made it really easy to understand, thank you!

Thank you!!! Changed my playstyle and now I've almost always played fast 8/9 and heavily used the tips here, ive just reached my peak of plat 1!!!! (Never bothered climbing before, literally just reach plat and never play the set again 🤣 hopefully i rank up)

It’s funny I’ve never thought about the fundamental basics of tft before.
Ive learned a ton between this video and your last video about the stage 3 positions.
    Thanks for sharing 👍🏼

If each hexagon has a side length of 1, Olaf jumping sideways is 4 distance, and jumping to back is 3.73

Unit targeting for the 50/50 when they move up is the unit directly infront of it, ex// two units on A2 and A3, a melee unit on C3, will walk up and target A3 100% of the time, try it hope this helps!

Hey, just to point out Tahm Kench doesn't target the biggest clump but the farthest unit at 4 range, but it's an aoe of 2 on the outside, so if you wanna target a corner unit, put it in third case or 5th of the first row

  • @ossi8963

You are right about the tick part. Has happened to me multiple times atleast in this set where unit just randomly switches targets with no reason.

question, shouldnt karma in most cases want to target main tank? to ensure maximum dps you want each rift to have as high of uptime as possible, and when karma casts on same target the other rifts on the target reset their duration
you can let the rest of your team whittle down the rest of their team
i dont see you getting their backline withoutkilling their frontline first anyways

    My comment got deleted lol.
I only said you got something wrong.
The hec distance thing. As long as you're moving in a straight line, hex distance and real distance are the same.
This isn't like with a square grid where diagonals are longer. All available movement takes the same distance for a single hex.
You should've shown the example differently, with one unit being 2 hexes to the right and one hex to the bottom right.
That is also 3 necessary hexes of distance, but it's closer to the Ashe than a 3 hex straight line.

uhh i don't delete any comments unless they're hateful or attacks. I'm also 99% sure none of my editors/channel managers would have a reason to delete comments either.
Im not sure which comment you're referring to but if I got something wrong I just make a pinned comment or correct myself in the next video. You can see that in my last few videos im always adding corrections in the comments.
There's no shame in being wrong in my view. As a learning channel it would go against the entire concept if I were to prevent people from learning.
Thanks for sharing that information as it was something i needed double checking on.
Double check to see if the comment was actually deleted or if YT auto filtered it. The auto filter settings are very sensitive on this channel for some reason.

So by right, it's only supposed to happen when he gets a takedown. However, it triggers at the start of the fight after a few seconds apparently

    • @WaterParkTactics
      @WaterParkTactics  Місяць тому +3

no it happens per takedown OR target switch. Which you can force and I explain how to do so in the videeo

@@WaterParkTactics It looks as though in the clip at 17:35, the Olaf is jumping from Backline Assassin charm (hence why he looks shrouded), not from his passive.

If that doesnt work just add me on discord: mokabynone
Ill invite you to the server that way
I can't link anything or YT will auto delete it to prevent bots and such.

Can you prepare a script? When watching a long video, it feels almost disrespectful to hear pauses, backtracking, or corrections. It doesn’t come across as spontaneous, it feels unprofessional. Just a small suggestion.
