Plus an optional shoe shine. Seriously, in certain parts of Asia $10 bucks will get you a good hair cut. You get a head and shoulder massage on your seat by a good looking lady while your head gets shampooing done. Then get your hair washed, blow dried, then scissor cut. Cleaned, edged, then styled with product. The US can be really expensive sometimes, especially with the tipping culture.
