Lucy what spectacular views. Really wanting to book this cruise for 2024 😀 thanks for all the info on prices for tickets and times. Very helpful info. A great video.
Great video we are doing our first cruise in July and are already looking at another future cruise we think we will love cruising. This looked like a wonderful ship and ports. Greta job filming, narration and editing. We have subscribed to your channel and will be supporting you. Wishing you more great adventures and a growing channel.
I’m sitting here thinking how clean the air must is. Great videos. We’re doing this cruise in a couple of weeks. Been to Fjords before but seeing different ones this time.
one morning i was walking in Alesund looking at the shops when a young woman about 30 years of age i did`nt realy see her but as she passed i heard her say I HOPE THE SHIP SINKS this made me turn to see a woman i a black coat walking away
It ranged between roughly 5-15 degrees I believe! Being directly in the sun felt a lot warmer though and I didn’t wear a coat. However it’s definitely worth packing for all weathers ☺️
Alesund looks nice. Wouldn't have baked beans with breakfast. Don't eat sausage. From the other pier you could get a good picture of the P&O Iona. The Gyros look good as does the Margarita Pizza. For dessert Classic Tiramisu. That should hold until snack time. Ah, a Sparkling White Wine. Like Prosecco. What, don't you go to the casino?
Have a lovely time! We paid by card but I just checked their website and they have put the following We accept all types of cards and Norwegian kroner (only banknotes) NB !!! Separate prices when using cash (Adults NOK 300 / Children NOK 150) Hope this helps ☺️
Hi, sorry if you have already mentioned this but did you book your excursions with P&O or a 3rd party when you got off the ship? Also did you book restaurants before embarking? Thanks 😊
Hiya, we did all the excursions ourselves, all booking them when we got off the ship 😊 We booked Sindhu in advance (you are able to do this 2 weeks before the sailing date) & paid a £10 deposit. For The Olive Grove we booked a table as soon as we got on the ship. For the other nights we just turned up at The Quays/buffet or used the virtual queue for the main dining room, The Glass House and Keel & Cow ☺️
Great video, just booked for 2025 for my 60th, looks brilliant. Thanks for all the snippets of info.
Sorry for the late reply! Thank you for watching an I hope you have a fantastic time!

Definitely not something you want to hear someone say about your ship!! Lol
What was the weather like in April? Was it cold?

Haha sausage and beans at breakfast is very British! We do like the casino a lot, but don’t go every night ☺️
Looks amazing- we will be there on Iona next week. Can you pay for the train by card or is it cash only?
