Thanks man! Big fan of your vids as well. Happy you enjoyed the video. There will definitely be more in the very near future! Working on the second one now
Thanks! This is now covered with a parking lot. All of this in the video would have been essentially gone "forever". Either destroyed, covered up or both!
We spent a week and a half digging in Binghamton back in 1991. We dug a light cobalt Washington Taylor flask out of a small trash hole. We also dug some odd Kilmers bottle but I cannot remember what it was. It was only two inches tall. It was some odd Kilmers sample cure that nobody had ever seen before. Great stuff you guys are digging! Looks like you are having a great time!
FUN FACT - The extra small size Dr. Kilmer's cough cures that were pulled in this video are considerably rarer than the well-known large size embossed lungs variant. Though not quite as valuable, only about 10-15 of this variant are known to exist, INCLUDING the two we pulled here!
Thanks so much! Welcome! Check out our other videos if you get the chance and hope you enjoy those as well! Also dropping a new one here in about an hour or less
Nice! We have found a few in that tall skinny "orange drink" style that dairies put out. Send some pics to dumpdigger607@gmail.com if you still have them. Would like to see what variants you got
Believe me, you're thinking of a different bottle. These ones don't say "sample" anywhere on them. The Kilmer samples are very common. This size/variant is extremely rare
Hey I love your videos, I just found your channel recently. Would you guys be interested in some extra digging hands on one of your dogs? I'll be coming back to Vermont from Hawaii in mid/late April, I've never dug a privy before and would love to help. I dig all the time in Vermont but the soil is too shallow for privies where I live and it's mostly digging in embankments and the like. I also scuba for bottles as well. I would love to join you for a dig if your interested!

Wow cool digging
Thanks for watching!
Those cobalt and teal green chemical bottles are cool👍
Thanks for watching Tom! If the bottles are slick, at least colors can make them more interesting!

U guys got something against having a nice stiff bristled brush in your pocket to clean the bottles?
It's just unnecessary. Never seen a bottle digger do that before and likely never will
Nice dig! Subbed.
Appreciate it! Many more vids coming in the near future
By “privies”, do mean outhouse pit?
Yep!
This building still here in Bing? I can't place it I'd like to drive by
Yes it is. They're working on fixing it up. It's on the corner of Liberty and Munsell
May be rare where you dig! in new england we pull those sample bottles a lot.
