I feel like Kerrigan is the most explained, with the most "how to play" videos, of every hero in HOTS. Not just from Fan but anyone.
Fan is so good he can make a guide about playing Kerri while playing againts real players. Imagine getting turned into a guide in your own game againts Fan ahha.
when ppl asks about how to get higher ranks and not, i always get a little sad by the default answer "be better". but i get it that there is not a magic formula, although in this game you showed and explained a lot about some good topics like "positioning", "knowing the enemy skills and playing around them" and "knowing your skills and how to use them"...all of these are awesome micro tips.
Like someone in the chat said: "hots is easy to get into, but hard to master", that is, besides the micro (that some heroes, like kerrigan a melee sin require a lot of these knowledge), there is also the macro part of the game like soaking, builds, the maps OBJs, and basically the DLC map that you have to pay attention every now and then....yeah, there is no short answer and must be tiresome always going for this type of explanation, especially when Fan get this questions quite often, but the youtube vids are a great example of how to "get better"! Damn, there is a samuro vid in the channel that it has *cough* ZERO HERO DAMAGE *cough* and turns into a massacre for the enemy team xd

The displacement is always the same distance towards Kerrigan but you can't pull enemies past yourself. They might get repositioned because of collision because they can't be where you are.

I thought I was becoming good at positioning in hots, then I started spamming Samuro and it broke my brain I am always behind enemy lines I am always safe
It's important to learn that positioning depends on your hero, your team's heroes and enemy heroes.
If they have no threat, your position should be on top of them. If they have short range threat and you have long range threat, your team should be at long range.
This is why orb Li-Ming wins every low elo game. People don't grasp that their ideal position would be on her back, hitting her in the head with a fish over and over. They stay at a medium distance that feels kinda safe and then they snack on orbs every two seconds while not throwing anything back.
