The most DELICIOUS chocolate Yule log recipe MASTERED

Sorry for the ridiculously late upload of this festive dessert. It was so good I will not be waiting for next Christmas to bake this again. Enjoy and let me know what you think in the comments
Ingredients:
Sponge:
* 4 large eggs
* 90g caster sugar
* 50g plain flour
* 30g cocoa powder
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
Ganache:
* 100g dark chocolate
* 100g milk chocolate
* 100g unsalted butter
* 100ml double cream
Whipped cream filling:
* 300ml double cream
* 1 tsp icing sugar
Bake cake in the airfryer oven at 180 degrees for 9
Baking tray size - 32.8*26.3cm
Bake in a preheated fan oven at 180C for 15 mins
