I 100% agree with his whole video and point on our planet and our cognitive evolution. But he doesn’t touch on the inclination of evil and greed in human nature. That’s our barrier to solidarity and unity

Yes!!! Mr McKenna is what I like to think of as a modern day prophet. Not like in the typical sense of the word- predicting the future, but someone who cares deeply and has incredible insight and intellect. One advantage bestowed upon someone who does not fear the use of psychedelics would be a potential increase in IQ, artistic creativity, and conceptual understanding. "Someone" I knew who worked in secret government programs which experimented with psychedelics confirmed that to me. Terrence is already a genius, plus the "boost" he may have gotten...😮.

Terence has been a booming voice in my life, I ended up with a life far unlike what I idealized when I was young as I spent countless nights listening to all of his speeches. It is nice to come back and listen to my old friend and remember a great mind that helped shaped my own as I continue trudging on in my very mundane, very western life.

Boy was he ahead of his time but he kind of got it backwards. When women are educated and empowered they do tend to have fewer children, and right now the entire Earth is dealing with the demographic challenges of population reduction. It definitely puts a strain on the flavor of capitalism we got used to

Dematerialism will begin once mind is seen as an insubstantial label of thought space we are only growing ready to appreciate and recognise. Mind is what allows our world to be filled with material distinctions, emphasising the nature of redictionist perception , not the mysteries at the other end of the lens. Humanity may be too vain to see that it elaborates the nature of neurology and not the nauture of the world.
