I don't know if everyone understood but Yul was really planning to kill her, it wasn't just a dream. In S1, he didn't reveal her identity to Songrim because he was in love with her and he knew they were going to kill her if he did. But at the end, Naksu killed a lot of people and then Jang Uk. In episode 5, Jang Uk said Naksu was his responsibility because he recognized her first. And in episode 6, after finding out Buyeon's true identity, Yul said "This time, it's my responsibility." Because he knows first that she is Naksu this time. The only solution he came up with was killing her, the thing he couldn't do in S1 and regretted after. And he wants to die with her because he knows he won't be able to live after killing her. He said goodbye to Heo Yeom before going to do it and asked if Naksu "said goodbye to Jang Uk". If So Yi wasn't attacked, they both were gonna die and Jang Uk was only going to learn everything after reading the letter Yul left. I think it's the most heartbreaking point. But what's worst is that he believed without hesitation in those 3 years that Naksu killed Uk just because she wanted. Anyway, I feel betrayed. And that cute jealousy scene between Yeong and Uk was sooo cute. I rewatched it for idk how many times.

We now know that JU and friends all knew that Jin Mu was behind all the chaos. I'm hoping that Jin Mu's assistant spill the beans to JU that it was Jin Mu who controlled Naksu.
