Nice panels! I don't understand why are you talking about colors... All solar panels are have different voltage +- 2 volts .. Beautiful panels! Really like them! Good idea to make nice different colors 👍💯

You should ask Bearvolt how they suggest hooking up those extra 20 watt panels with the 90 watt ones. Do the diodes make them work together or do you need a 2nd MPPT charge controller for the smaller panels?

Not sure I would classify coloring solar panted as an innovation. More along the lines of marketing to seek an untapped customer demographic. Such as tract housing or the like. 16BB is great for shade tolerances, but the input limitation of 90W feels like going backwards. I don’t see these folks lasting too long unless real innovation is applied; or they pickup some massive contract with major tract home builder.
I think starting small is what the idea is. They said they want to scale to larger. 🤷🏼♂️

Why do you think it is odd? Solar works by taking sunlight in. By coloring the panels, you are rejecting that color of the spectrum. While we don't really use every wavelength currently, or at least not very much, rejecting some of the light is going to have an impact.
Eventually, the hope is to use every wavelength of light to convert to electricity, then coloring panels will have an even greater impact.
Black panels are common because they will attract the most light.

You need to tell them to make a U.S. Flag themed solar panel 🇺🇸. Guaranteed you’d put out 10kwh worth of solar production from the 100w panel and later you’ll start finding a convocation of bald eagles nesting on your property.

Yep, this is not so good, but now couple of components making panels what can work little bit better with this problem..
@leokolev parallel helps. Because each panel acts independently of each other but have to watch amps and wire sizes
I want production not looks. To each his own.
Agree production is most important but if its only 1-2 watts difference then someone looking to add some color then its just an option. Much like people now want black frame and black face and black backing panels. It’s the most popular selling panels. Would you still buy the black ones if they produced 15-20 watts less per panel for looks ?
