Thank you again for the support!🥰 One of the things I learned after doing yoga for just 1 year is how many muscles actually exist in places where I never imagined (and has certainly helped with flexibility and strength)! 🤣 Next goal is to try to get myself transitioning from the basic crow to more difficult inversions like flying pigeon in a few months! 🐦
