For those who speak English; this tool allows you to test ignition coil packs off the vehicle, such as when they're new and you want to be sure they function prior to install. The yellow plugs are for either two prong or three prong ignition coils. You stick something conductive inside the coil boot and and use the smaller wire (ground) to create an arc. If it's blue that's great and coil passes. If it's yellow, orange, red, or zig zags a lot; then the coil would be bad. The dial simulates various RPM speeds. That would allow you to make sure they don't have any issues/ misfires at specific speeds/ RPMs. I can only find 1 on amazon. No brand, no particular name, probably very dangerous if you don't know how to protect yourself... But hey it's one way to do it :)
