Today, unlike the typical ASMR massage, I received a medical spa that combines medicine and spa. I usually get a lot of massages, but I had it medically checked to see exactly where the pain was, and it was perfect for me! I wanted to receive proper treatment.
Because it was run by a hospital, I was able to receive more trustworthy and effective treatment. :)
When I heard about a hospital, I thought of a hard hospital room.
It was an even better time because I was able to receive care in a comfortable space!

@@Aesir5 ESWT has been around since the 80s with studies showing improvement to bone and soft tissue repair, and is similar to ultrasound therapy which has also been around since the 50s and has been extensively studied as well. certainly more scientifically sound than reiki or reflexology
I think that just being able to accurately inform yourself of your physical condition through high-tech equipment is very helpful. I think this treatment is meaningful in that you can access the correct treatment only if you know the exact cause.☺️
@Aesir5 actually I did something like that in physiotherapy prescribed by an orthopaedic doctor. He was the one that would say which treatments depending on the evolution.

All the technology you get to use and the salon workers are my favorite If I could be there I would cuz starting early doing everything that you do will keep you younger and feel better

What is certain is that we must protect and strengthen it while we are still young and healthy. It seems that when you are already sick and your body starts to hurt, more money and time are spent on treatment.
I think taking care of myself now is the way to be happy at the lowest cost and time.🙏

will be very honest with my opinion here, since this is an orthopedic hospital (as mentioned) I very much believe this is a more fancy section for physiotherapy.
as some one who had to pay for physiotherapy I can understand why this particular hospital decided to 'glamourize' physiotherapy because on the normal only injured people will have to fork out money to get physiotherapy (sometimes covered by insurance) so this part of recovery is mostly missed or passed over however once you slap the word 'spa' and using 'modern technology' (nicer word for using machines) to treat customers, they don't mind paying money to get 'modern day' massages.
It is another way of making money for the hospital, if they have slimming machines or packages they will have more customers because there is barely any physical massages (the reason I dare to mention this fact is because the therapist is using her watch while massaging so she knows she is not going to have to use muscle power or get her arms soaked in cream or oil, she took off the watch only during the calf massage because the machine will zap you if you have anything magnetic).
Apart from that if one can afford to get massages or treatment at a hospital I don't see there being a problem provided this is done for the right reasons.

I have to agree, she hardly used any pressure with the scraper, no pressure no getting past the fascia. Also the TENS didn’t seem to contract the muscles.

i completely understand what you mean about being too good at holding in pain. i have autoimmune neuropathy and people sometimes forget about it because they can't believe how calm i am when i can feel icy needles stabbing my feet constantly.
Wow. I would love the back treatments. I love that she could tell where you hurt. I hate when massage therapists can’t tell if they have a trigger point so they keep asking “here? Here?here?”

I just got my second full body deep tissue massage of the month & my left lower back , my left calf muscle below my knee & my thigh muscle above my knee is absolutely sore as well as my upper thigh right below my butt cheek. My massage therapist told me I had knots in all these muscles , don’t know why but I no there sore , for the next 4 or 5 days I plan to use my massage gun on these sore muscles then get in a tub of hot water, as hot as I can stand it using lavender Epson salts before I go to bed , I hope I can get some sleep if I do this . I hate the cold , it makes your body ache , yes it’s cold where I am right now .
