You need to check the terms and conditions re the variances between subscription based, and purchased and free downloads, and whether they related to Basic POD rights of Full POD rights, and your rights to use those downloaded files when you are no longer a subscriber. The T&C give some very good clear advice about what is and is not allowed. Eg. a freebie for a non-subscriber needs to be amended before it can be placed on a POD upload site for sale, but could be printed as is from your own home for sale at a market etc. While subscribed an item can be uploaded as is without changes while subscribed, but would need to be removed from sale after the subscription ends, or subscribed item with changes made can remain for sale, and downloaded files on subscriber cannot be used for new artwork while unsubscribed. Please be careful with the licensing terms to avoid problems. You can also purchase full POD licensing on the site for some items which can be used throughout time without changes and without subscription, but of course it is dearer.
I always open up images in a design program and check the dpi. Many of them are set to 72 dpi which will print blurry. You need to change the dpi to 300 and re-save it. Creative Fabrica is a fabulous site and their paid bundles are also very reasonable.
You could use Photoshop or Affinity Photo, basically they are image files. I recommend checking the description for each one you want to download (it will typically say how many files you get, so if it is one file, then that file will contain all the elements in one file, which is a bit of a chore to extract out individual graphics).

Generally speaking no - if you buy a digital design from anyone (a seller on Etsy, Creative Fabrica, their own website) - the design is to be used for print on demand or crafting. Typically reselling the digital design "as is" is not permitted.
Yes it's in the middle of the screen - there are four white boxes/squares - look for "Download Resources for Free". They hide the top bar when they run a promo.
In what software can we use these? I'm using canva Pro and their formats don't accept what I get from creative fabrica. No pngs lol, and if I convert the files to png look ugly.
Hey there - you should be able to use them (they are just standard PNG, SVG and DXF files). However, another option would be to open the SVG in Inkscape and then export as a PNG - hopefully that helps? - Zen

It would depend on what is in the meme - like typically a meme is a picture with some words - so if the picture is public domain for example, you should be able to create a meme?

I love CF. Still not sure how to use the fonts on my computer tho but their graphics are amazing
