i’ve just begun playing the tabletop game and i’ve gone with imperial knights because i hate doing a billion attacks that all just don’t do anything because of all the saves. love the video, really good and not super long and dull like a lot of other warhammer videos i’ve watched, looking foreward to more!
man i want orcs, but im kinda deep in tyranids and ultramarines cause its what i started with. i probably wont be able to play for another year, so i can try get orcs by then

This may be because I’m super new to 40K so take this with a huge grain of salt. I chose space wolves for their melee capabilities with two eliminator squads to pick things off. My idea is to force a gambit for the opponent to choose what to engage with. Is this a good idea?
@@berta112ify in my opinion, I’d back the melee approach with more buffs/units, the diversity is good, if it’s working for you! What point army is it? 500, 1000 or 2000?
Again only my opinion and I don’t know the entire army list, but I’d go first a wolf lord or something that keeps buffing my melee! In saying that, it’s absolutely fine to play the eliminator squads! Space wolves are melee favoured yes, but YOUR playstyle could be a bit more passive and the eliminators would help that, when you don’t want to hard engage! Being tactical and strategic about moves is a huge part to any game!
As a newer player I've been gravitating to orks because I can add a good mix of horde and elite elements.
