I have two suggestions. 1: RUSSIAN SLEEP EXPERIMENT 2: I would love to see you sculpt Batman and The Joker in your own Burton-esque style. I can just imagine the amazing possibilities.
Ace, he is so unique and creepy. I cant wait to see all your Halloween collection together. They are all turning out great. R you going to do the crying black blood tree from Sleepy Hollow in your own style for the collection? Your sculpting skills have really excelled too. Stay safe and cant wait till the next one!
I keep saying the same things - but your attention to detail is always amazing. Up close and far away, the look is GR8. I remember when you use to say you hated doing hands. Your hands have obviously evolved.💜
You created a fantastic monster and inspiration from a store standup? You have a real gift man! Anthony you got it going on! Keep going and I just cannot say how amazing your skills are!
I like the hand positions of this guy. The different wrist positions and the curve in the palm of one hand really helped them look like claws that have strength to grab and not limp
I've wondered once or twice what it would be like if your sculptures came to life after you went to sleep, and how the previous ones would all be waiting with mixed emotions to see what new one would be joining them this week. o.o
This video made my day. Earlier this morning my lizard died and I may have depression but this video might have turned that around. Edit: thank you guys so much. It really means a lot to me
Id love to watch a video of a real-time sculpt! Doesn't have to be anything in particular (or a finished project at all) just a sort of 'chill session', where you could talk about whatever you like?
A most epic sculpt. I really am drawn to the contrast between the smooth matte finish of the paint and the rough torn aspect of the cloth. Very nice, very spoopy!
A Mister Wrinkles, or a grotesque clown like in Killer Klowns From Outer Space would look great in your style. Basically any scary clown with wrinkly skin. Pumpkin Reaper came out freaking stellar.
Dude, you are soooooo good! I’ve been watching your videos for a long time and underestimating how good you were. Then I tried sculpting something myself and I realized! Keep up the great work!
It's a winner! I love that pumpkin! Now he can join the fountain and the cemetery and soon you will have a complete scene! Thank you and I will use some of your techniques. Also, stay safe!
I would love to go to art galleries and see amazing work like this. Also just wish in general there were more films and overall media working with clay. It really needs to be more popular.
Wow, this guy turned out really great. Love those yellow eyes and creepy smile! Very interesting technique with that fabric. I have to see if I can think of something cool to use it for
I can't believe that you used Mod Podge and gauze for his robes because that's what I was planning to do on my October Challenge sculpt! Virtually the same technique. Oh well. I'll try to do it with a different spin to make it more my own. I really like how this Pumpkin Reaper came out.
I'm here for anything involving pumpkins. I don't know if you're familiar with PumpkinRot, but he makes these amazing scarecrows called Pumpkin Sentinels. They're the most iconic, spooky things ever.
PLEASE do Moder from The Ritual. It’s such a badass monster design that I wanna see done in your style. It’s a super scary movie that’s worth a watch, and the monster design is, again, SO GOOD
Very cool. I like the your of cheesecloth. One of the things I do when I use cheesecloth in my mixed media pieces is add black ink to the Mod Podge. I might try dyeing some too.
Such a good sculpture. I want to make good sculptures as you someday. I hope you are having a good day. You could make a scary version of illuminati lol (or my profile picture). I still think your plague doctor is the best sculpture, but that's probably just because I love plague doctors
Turned out wicked !!! I love watching you sculpt !! Not that you’ll ever run out of ideas for sculpts, but I would love to see you sculpt your version of Captain Spaulding :) I think you’d really make it really cool looking !!
This looks amazing, it is giving me Tim Burton vibes. Can you please make Jack and Sally from " The Nightmare before Christmas " Keep up the good work.
awesome... a new favorite... the use of mod podge and fabric is great and already have plans to use this in a yard haunt piece... Can't get enough of your work.
Your last three sculpts have been my favourites so far. So simple, yet so satisfying, and they just got that pure classic halloween spirit that I'm so incredibly fond of. While all your works are really neat, these last ones have just really hit a special spot in my heart. Absolutely loved them! Would 100% use them to make a halloween town display for spooktober.
I love your videos. Thank you for sharing your creativity. Would you mind making more beginner polymer sculpture tutorials? I know that’s probably more tedious than fun for you but it’s really helpful. Thank you again!
Love the use of mixed media here! 😃 Maybe you could add some of your purple colour shift paint to his robes? Just a thought, but love it regardless! Another great sculpt😁❤
I think this guy is awesome! Thank you for your wonderful video . I stopped sculpting because of a health condition that causes my hands to shake . You’ve inspired me to try sculpting again , yeah !
What do you think of the Pumpkin Reaper?? Let me know!! Have a great weekend everyone.
Check me out on IG and Twitter: @aceofclay
Hard to go wrong there, man!
Grim dressed good for halloween
Can you make SCP 682. Or another creepy pasta
I think you did the grim reaper of the pumpkin patch great justice! =D XD
@Eden Morrison aw thank you!
I have two suggestions.
1: RUSSIAN SLEEP EXPERIMENT
2: I would love to see you sculpt Batman and The Joker in your own Burton-esque style. I can just imagine the amazing possibilities.
That would be awesome!
I'd love to see both ideas.😄
The Russian sleep experiment would be cool
YESSSSSSS
yessssss 1 and 2 are great ideas
Background beat slaps, as per usual.
We need a "24/7 Ace of Clay spooky beats to get haunted to" playlist for this spooky season 🎃
I agree, I completely agree
YES PLEASE!!!!!!!
YES GAAWWDD
I was just thinking that. Those beats are fire🔥🔥🔥
I've been here since 2018 and I'm never getting tired of your videos T^T you're so cool
Ah that’s good to hear!! Thank you so much
This sculpture is really awesome Anthony. Really took it to the next level.
This idea just popped up in my mind! Can you sculp your version of Maleficent? :>
Yesyes
This looks like something from Nightmare before Christmas
mhm
yeah jack the skeleton kinda vibes
« This is Halloween !
This is Halloween !!!
Everybody scream !! »
Definitely, could be Jack’s estranged cousin!!😱💜
Anyone else notice at 8:58 he says “see if they fit right” and the song goes “perfect” 😂
When you were sculpting his tail/robe it reminded me of a mermaid, I think itd be cool to see your version of a siren!
Nightmare before Christmas would love to see your take on jack and sally maybe oogie boogie or the professor
This looks like a guy who could challenge Jack Skeleton to the Pumpkin crown
I would have liked to see a wooden/vine like scythe to go with it. But otherwise perfect and awesome!
I keep saying the same things - but your attention to detail is always amazing. Up close and far away, the look is GR8. I remember when you use to say you hated doing hands. Your hands have obviously evolved.💜
and to think...
I had no idea that pumpkins had brow bones!
You learn something new every day!
My kid is going to LOVE this episode!
You created a fantastic monster and inspiration from a store standup? You have a real gift man! Anthony you got it going on! Keep going and I just cannot say how amazing your skills are!
You are the best!
I like the hand positions of this guy. The different wrist positions and the curve in the palm of one hand really helped them look like claws that have strength to grab and not limp
I love it! I’m getting jack skellington the pumpkin king vibes!!!!
It really means a lot to me
I’m so sorry for your loss 😔
Ace of Clay. It’s ok. At least she lived a long happy life
I'm sorry for your loss I bet she loves you very much
Beardie? So sorry😢
lausdeandl. Yup. Beardie
Id love to watch a video of a real-time sculpt! Doesn't have to be anything in particular (or a finished project at all) just a sort of 'chill session', where you could talk about whatever you like?
what i like about the cloth idea with this model is that even if it stayed like a greyish color, it could have looked like spanish moss
I like the jack skeleton feel you get from the face features. Very Tim Burton. Love it.
i have seen you hearting LAIKA studios instagram puctures so i was wondering could you sculpt the other mother or one of the 7 judges from paraNorman?
I would love that. It'll most definitely look so cool, especially the other mother in her true form or whatever.
Here some suggestion to sculp!
•trianglehead from silent hill
•your version for Ursula from little mermaid
•volatile from dying light!
I love how you took inspiration from something so ordinary and made it so unique
Oh those folds in the fabric are TASTY. Well done, as always!
A most epic sculpt. I really am drawn to the contrast between the smooth matte finish of the paint and the rough torn aspect of the cloth. Very nice, very spoopy!
The cloth was the perfect addition. Another great piece of work. Your demos are absolutely top-notch. Thank you
Thanks for sharing and caring! Stay Safe!
A Mister Wrinkles, or a grotesque clown like in Killer Klowns From Outer Space would look great in your style. Basically any scary clown with wrinkly skin. Pumpkin Reaper came out freaking stellar.
Please please please make a zombie mermaid, it would look so good in your style
This was my first sculpture. I could make them all day long. The head was so satisfying. Thank you Anthony.
When too many people use jack skellington:
(Jk i love it thats just where my mind went)
Well, he IS the Pumpkin King, I get what you mean! XD
Ace of clay can you sculpt one with three ghosts piping out a jack o lantern, please. (It's based on a air balloon.)
who else thinks he should do something harry potter themed? like dobby or something like that
He has a very Grinch feeling about him. I really like him!
He might be my favorite, yet! Top five, for sure.
Dude, you are soooooo good! I’ve been watching your videos for a long time and underestimating how good you were. Then I tried sculpting something myself and I realized! Keep up the great work!
I NEED to see a collaboration between you and ten hundred!!!
It's a winner! I love that pumpkin! Now he can join the fountain and the cemetery and soon you will have a complete scene!
Thank you and I will use some of your techniques. Also, stay safe!
Sculpt Mothman next!
I would love to go to art galleries and see amazing work like this. Also just wish in general there were more films and overall media working with clay. It really needs to be more popular.
I think a dullahan would be a nice sculpture for this time of the year
Wow, this guy turned out really great. Love those yellow eyes and creepy smile!
Very interesting technique with that fabric. I have to see if I can think of something cool to use it for
Liking him a lot. You should do a whole spooky collection.
This was uploaded on my birthday!
Happy Birthday!!
Ace of Clay Thank You So Much!😊
Happy birthday ! Hope you have a great one !!!
Happy Birthday!
Thank you alliemaru nara I’ll be sure to!😊
Thank you! Watching your videos has helped me improve significantly in a short time.
I can't believe that you used Mod Podge and gauze for his robes because that's what I was planning to do on my October Challenge sculpt! Virtually the same technique. Oh well. I'll try to do it with a different spin to make it more my own. I really like how this Pumpkin Reaper came out.

I love the other sculpting videos but THE CREEPY ONES are winning in my book
That robe makes me want to see you do a Nazgul now. Or maybe Sauron himself?
This is my favorite sculpture of yours so far.
PLEASE do Moder from The Ritual. It’s such a badass monster design that I wanna see done in your style. It’s a super scary movie that’s worth a watch, and the monster design is, again, SO GOOD
Very cool. I like the your of cheesecloth.

What is your end goal with this hobby/job? Make a movie like tim burtons nightmare before christmas??? Love your work 😊
I like it. I kinda thought/wished you’d use a little of your color shift on his robe
You are right, that cloth really added a lot - great idea! Thanks for another really awesome sculpture :)
patricia here--- now thats wicked!!!!! love this!!!
Fabulous! I especially love the way the cheese cloth came out. Another great job!
The cloth is the sweet spot definitely. It just does it.
Really enjoying your lighting on the end shots - adds some great atmosphere.

Oh my gosh, I love all of your sculptures but I think this one is my very favorite!
Excellent job!
Here's a challenge for you depending how well you make human figurines, I'd like to see you build Lady Death!
This fabric really does a fantastic job of making it scary in a very cool way. Watch out Jack Skellington
Turned out wicked !!!
I love watching you sculpt !!
Not that you’ll ever run out of ideas for sculpts, but I would love to see you sculpt your version of Captain Spaulding :)

Id love to see you make a Headless Ghost Knight for your next project.
My favorite sculpt of yours ever
This looks amazing, it is giving me Tim Burton vibes. Can you please make Jack and Sally from " The Nightmare before Christmas " Keep up the good work.
Very Cool!! His body makes me think of a genie!! Could you make an evil genie or a certain long haired girl crawling out of a tv??
Hears a suggestion: 1930’s style ghost
The Horseless Headless Horsemann's cousin, Steve
As soon as I saw the thumbnail I thought “PUMPKIN KING!”
Like I've said absolutely freaking amazing👹 so glad Rae sent me over here!!!
Thanks alot ace! Now I need to get that folk art color🤣!!! Love the sculpture as always. Massive inspiration.

Amazing! I would love to see how you would try to do the seven deadly sins it’s a big try I know but with your talent I’m sure it would be worth it!
AWESOME - fantastic sculpture!! Thanks for this share - you did a wonderful job!
