Have you considered interviewing Henry Cavill concerning his upcoming #WarhamerCinematicUniverse and whether or not he'd be amenable to casting @SirPatStew as Commissar Sebastian Yarrick or perhaps another Warhammer role?

While I grew up with him on the Enterprise D, my favorite of his roles is his brief stint as Leodegrance in Excalibur, backing up young Arthur who’d just pulled the sword from the stone.

Gurney Halleck was his best role prior to portraying Jean-Luc Picard, in my opinion.

Loved this. Josh is one of the best interviewers out there for me. Always seems to make his guests feel comfortable and has the perfect blend of knowing when to stay quiet and let them speak and when to interrupt with another intelligent question or funny joke. And Patrick is a legend , what more can you say. Great combo

I was a soldier so I can 100% understand what Patrick was saying about his Dad getting out being an RSM..., to a labourer. 😢 One of the BEST interviews I have EVER seen on UA-cam. 🥰

There’s a great rapport between you both. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Thanks both for doing this. Patrick’s book is fantastic. I walked past Patrick once in Princes St Gardens in Edinburgh (during the Festival). He was sat on a bench, reading a newspaper and looked like he was having some well-earned downtime. I stopped in my tracks, looked at him and he knew I recognised him. But rather than hassle him, I decided to keep walking with my dad and instead, paused and said “Hope you’re enjoying the festival, Patrick”, and he replied (with some relief that I wasn’t some crazed fan). He lowered his paper, eyed me and said “very much so, thank you” with a smile on his face. It took some restraint to not ask for a photo but looking back, I’m so glad we exchanged in that way. He was working super hard on multiple projects back then. Huge respect for him

It's good he finally decided to let his co-stars join in the last season of the card. I thought it was disgraceful when he wanted the whole show to be about himself. But in the end he let his good heart shine through and we got to see all of those great friends together again and they do make each other look so good together. I hope these other projects are the same I want them all together

I don’t think it was so much about making it about him, but a desire to not repeat what was done before. It wasn’t planned from start to be TNG2, it was ST:Picard after all.

His book is so good! I may have fully scoffed at Elon’s book as I grabbed the better written one off the shelf. I loved him as Picard but admire him most as a human, as Patrick, particularly in his choices of whom to defend, support, and champion. The memoir tied the reasons why into a proper bow for me. Growing up dollar-to-dollar and aspiring through that is no small feat, even with a beautiful aura. He had fantastic teachers and mentors, too, which is precisely why I am one myself. Nurturing potential is the job vs mere curricular regurgitation.

I must say Josh, you are an exceptional interviewer and seem a really nice guy. I enjoyed this talk with Patrick immensely. I've been a huge Star Trek fan since the mid 60's. I've read Patrick's former bio and cant wait to read this one.
I have one question that has never been answered...How did the creators deal with Picard being a Frenchman with a Brittish accent? Do you know? Best Regards.

I can't for the life of me find the 4th time he died as Xavier, it happened in X3, Logan, and Multiverse of Madness, he almost died in Days of Future Past but the timeline changed right before the Sentinel tried to kill him.

Hearing that Krasinski, Atwell and Stewart didn’t even know they were working together pisses me off so much. Normalize having actors actually working with each other rather than separately in a green screen room where they’re edited together making us assume these actors actually crossed paths and worked together!
