- DEWALT's lithium-ion cross line laser really hit home with residential contractors and now we're excited to tell you about their latest expansion in laser technology-the DEWALT 20V MAX* 3 x 360 Green Line Laser. Fundamentally, this is a 3-plane laser with one horizontal and two vertical beams. DEWALT opts for the higher visibility of green beams that let you see it out to 100 feet in optimal conditions. A lock switch on the side locks the diodes down for transport and turns off power to the laser. In the unlock position, the diodes self-level up to 4°. If you happen to be outside that range, the laser blinks to let you know. You can't use FLEXVOLT® batteries, but what's cool is that you can use DEWALT 12V MAX* packs. This 12V MAX*/20V MAX* combination is something we haven't seen before. Combined with 1/8-inch accuracy at 30 feet and an IP54 rating*** against dust and water intrusion, this is a line laser that's ready to help you deliver the results you demand as a professional on jobsites that demand a lot from your tools. If a 3-plane laser isn't exactly what you need, keep your eyes open for DEWALT 20V MAX* cross 5-spot, cross 2-spot, and cross line models at your favorite retailer.

*For 12V Max*: Maximum initial battery voltage (measured without a workload) is 12 volts. Nominal voltage is 10.0; For 20 V MAX*: Maximum initial battery voltage (measured without a workload) is 20 volts. Nominal voltage is 18.;
*On average, using DEWALT 20V MAX 2.0Ah battery with all 3 laser lines in use.
***Provides some level of protection from dust (limited ingress) and liquids (light splashing) during normal and reasonably foreseeable use. Applies to tool, not battery or charger. - Навчання та стиль
Was waiting on someone to post a review on this laser. Thank you, great job!
Very innovative design.
I like micro dialer but it looks heavier than the older model. Might cause slipping in the long run. If it ain't broken don't fix it :)
Love the dial but honestly the size is quite
How does it compare to the M12 three plane laser? Can’t decide on which one to buy
I NEED THOS LASER !!!
Awesome 💯👍💯
How does this compares with Dcle34031b?
It's might be the first tool that operates on either 12v/20v batteries but the DEWALT ToughSystem Bluetooth Radio / Charger (DWST08810) would run off of and charge either voltage.
Why does dewalt keep putting in t stack instead of toughsystem
Seriously! 😒
Profit.
1/8 accuracy in 30’ ? How is that a good thing when I’m running lines that need to be 150’ ? 🤔 I have an older Bosch from 2012 that runs 100’ with precision. Can someone please explain ?
Can you lock the Pendulum with the lasers on if you wanted a straight line on a diagonal for example a stair case hand rail on a wall?
I have dewalt dce089d1g . Somewhat same as this. And you can't lock pendulum but if it gets out of self level then it blinks for a second or two then remains constant .
No you can't lock it.
Total fail to leave that feature out of the design.
You can max it out, by forcing the gimbals to rest at full tilt but it doesn't behave how you would hope. Not reliable.
Kun je deze laser laten kalibreren
This will expand the power availability for the laser and less waiting to charge a battery. But will they have one that will produce a dot laser that will you double check existing walls and or provide a position dot for layout , with the same Power source.
You can always use the "X" created by the two lines as a dot. This is what I do when I don't feel like pulling out the different laser.
@@SuperUncleRyan that’s a good idea but if you need to work outside and you need the dot laser to go beyond 20 feet in each direction . This is why you need the dot. Thank you for your help.
Is this model able to be recalibrated ?, The previous 3 Beam DCE089D1G-XE was not.
@@Protoolreviews thanks for the reply, we use lasers regularly, the DCE089 from DeWalt was not able to be recalibrated by any service centre in our region (Australia), I'll check with DeWalt here in AU to get a straight answer.
How effective is this unit in Daylight conditions outside?
I just bought one of these....
Tried to use in a room in daylight conditions and couldn't see beam 7 meters away...plus beam is quite thick...fairly disappointed...wishing I had bought something else cheaper...
Is the beam size adjustable?
why cant you use a flex volt if its 20 volt?
Flex carries higher amperage
👊👍👌
You never showed what it's vertical and horizontal uses can do for plumb and sideways leveling... Why did you even show this product?
😎😻😎😻😎
Chimera!
@@galvanizedgnome 🤫🤫🤫
I had one of these. Within 2 years all 3 of the diodes stopped working. DeWalt refused to cover it under warranty and wanted $275 to fix it. I'll never buy another DeWalt laser or any DeWalt tool ever again.
Awwwww come on,I lost you at disrespecting others DeWalt tools as I swear by them an it always come through for me .
@@drive-2786 the fuck are you talking about?
I saw this same comment in another video come on 😂
@@waltermejia6938 yeah. What's your point? I'm only allowed to comment on one video? Come on
@@NathanaelD Hello Nate, I'm open to negative and positive feedback since I think it's benificial for all. What laser level do you recommend or did you go with ?
Links oder rechts ist doch TOTAL unwicht.
Die Höhe sensibel wie bei bosch... Das wäre mein ziehl.
