Good day, I really enjoy and understand how you explain step-by-step instructions. My question is, how to set and precisely replace or adjust the upper and lower looper of the Overlocker sewing machine. I would be more grateful if you could help and make a dedicated video on this topic. Thanks.
This is a very critical adjustment, I would strongly recommend calling a qualified technician to perform this, every model and brand is different, our videos are to assist the end user to perform basic adjustment etc, looper timing and clearances do not fit into this category. Thank you.
Hi. I got in a problem not cutting a fabric on my surger, after changing the knifes . Following up your recommendation, but still not working. It's rolling fabric inside the stitches. My surger : Juki MO-6700. I was trying not to move to much, when I was changing, but regret it when I started.
Sounds like you may need to adjust the position of the blades closer to the needles till you get the sweet spot. I would think it is still cutting the fabric but with the blades in the wrong position horizontally the remaining fabric will still roll inside the overlock stitch.
