Thank alot it worked
Can you use regular sewing machine oil for every moving part or do you need thicker oil for some parts?
Regular sewing machine oil or white machine oil is fine. The jack machines use grease to lubricate the top of the walking foot mechanism, your machine would have come with a syringe of it.
Industrial ovelocker stuck what. Went rong
Industrial ovelocker
I want to know about the ovelocker
Exactly what I was looking for to change mine (H5). Just a question if that's ok? When pressing heel back on the foot pedal to lift the foot, sometimes not every time my machine will do a super fast and scary back and fore starting stitch. It's very random so any advice very much appreciated. Do you also have a video on the domestic settings you put on your machines at all please? Thank you once again for an invaluable video tutorial.
Your machine will do the end tack if you hadn't done it previously as it is programmed to do that. Sorry but we can't give you our settings as we no longer sell the JACK brand and I don't have the parameter list for the machines. They do change them occasionally as well.
@@ozcommercialsewingmachines Thank you I appreciate your reply
Looks fantastic 🎉can’t wait to get one for my cylinder arm 😃
Thanks you’re the best
No worries, thanks for watching
Thank you so much❤
You're welcome 😊
Thank you! I now feelllike an idiot. I spent time under the table having a kid hold a flashlight trying to see if thread was stuck and thinking wasn’t there an easier way to get to the bobbin. Even tilted machine up to make sure the oil was good. Ha! Now I see a much easier way
Glad you were able to fix it, thanks for watching.
Thanks for this. I have been looking for this tutorial for a while.
Glad I could help!
Wow! This worked like magic. My Jack A4E Q just picked up in seconds of watching this video ❤❤❤❤
Glad it helped!
Hi! Great help! I have an H2 as well and I was wondering how you are stitching without the bottom thread?
If a lockstitch machine is creating a stitch then it has a bobbin in place. If there is no bobbin then no stitch.
When I got my bob in , they showed me a way of wrapping it around one direction and then another first. Will this work just as well? Looks much simpler. Thanks!!
This way works a treat. There are a few ways to wind a bobbin but we like this way :)
Definitely works ❤ UA-cam algorithm should put this video as the most suggested one. No words to explain my joy, i thought i need to call the technician to sort this out. Thanks very much . My machine is not this brand but still i tried and it worked magically 😊
Glad you liked it!
I've just acquired a used H5 and this video along with the others you have are very useful. The fold out booklet that cam with it isn't much use to explain the functions etc, so I'm wondering if you know where I could get a manual for it. Looking online hasn't yielded much success so far. Thank you
The only manual for these machines is the little fold out page it came with, there is no manual as such like you get with a domestic machine. This is because they are usually in a manufacturing environment with trained users and technicians on site to rectify any issues. This is why we have done the videos we have.
@@ozcommercialsewingmachines Thank you, I've managed to source some extra information and I do have the leaflet that originally cam with it. Your videos have been a godsend so thank you so much for doing them. all the best
THANK YOU!!!!!
You're welcome
Has anyone done this and had an issue with a clunking walking foot without the spring and unable to put the spring back in?
If you are going to remove the spring, you cannot go fat as the foot system will bounce as there is not enough downward pressure on the foot to go fast. Keep the speed below 600spm.

Can i ask what is the best thread to use for carpet binding? Thank you
This machine is not a carpet binding machine. Carpet binding machines use special thread, contact your local industrial machine guy to get the right thread for the job.
where can I find the feet for this machine, the feet for double advance are not suitable
If you are refering to the JACK 2060G, there are not very many feet available for this machine unfortunately.
If the fabric is curling to fit in the stitch width could be too wide or too thin? Also is this only changed by the blades?
Stitch width is only changed by the blades on an overlocker. If it is curling then your blade needs to be adjusted in.
can the needle guard be taken off?
Yes, you can remove the needle guard.
Thank you very much. For the very first time after using my JAck for 4 years, it has jammed exactly as you have shown in that video, and so I was able to solve the problem with your video:-) Thank you FB Oz man.
You are welcome!
can we use this 2-3-4 thread instead of 5 thread??
Thank u so Mach sar I am problem resul
Welcome
Thank you for the video,,,, it helps a lot,,, need to learn so much about using this machine,,, do u have another video showing on how to use this machine??
No sorry. What did you want to know? I can't make a video using JACK machines as we no longer sell the brand.
Thanks sir I am watching from India
Thank you for watching
Please make a new video on threading jack e4s 5/3/ 233, four thread instead of 5 it's the same as this model, and i followed all of your steps and the left needle broken i replace it with a new one and the machine isn't sergening the fabric, thank you.

@@ozcommercialsewingmachines Thank you.
Omg, my mom has been trying to fix her sewing machine, and this is the only video that worked. Thank you so much
Glad I could help!
I just started my Vevor M2 up for the first time, and this happened right out of the gate. This is my first industrial machine, and it seems way above my pay grade 😬 This fix totally worked ❤ but I'm wondering why it happens in the first place and what can I do to prevent it? Is it possible that the kind of bobbin I'm using may be the culprit? Or the thread weight in relation to my needle size? I'm using tex69 with size 14 needle, which came with the machine. I'm thinking the needle may be a bit small for this thread??
Usually to do with trying to sew without a bobbin case in the machine while it is winding a bobbin.
I have a new version of the servo, and therefore the minimum speed is only 200 in steps of 100. I would like 100.
There should be a setting in the parameter list to show you how to achieve minimum speed 100
Is it possible to lubricate machine components with paste-like lubricant?
No, only sewing machine oil. Grease gets put in one place at the back of the machine where instructed.
HELLO. I have problems setting up Jack H2. I watched your video with Russian translation and solved the problem. It is very good that examples were presented and how to solve them. Thank you.
Glad it helped

My machine jack h2 doesn't work when i put needle 21/130 It's work only with needle 23/160 What should I do please can you answer me
Hi. Your machine should work with any needle size so long as the needle is DPx16 for leather or DPx17 for all other uses. If it is not working with a smaller needle I suggest the is something else wrong.
@@ozcommercialsewingmachines thank you so much. I found that my needle 21/130 is DP×5 that reason it's not deep enough thanks again ❤️
Great video. I have this machine and no idea that any of this was necessary.
Glad it was helpful!
Morning,i am using a kingstar KS - 8700 ,i have a problem when stiching thick fabric,my machine is on number 5 pls help
What problem are you having?
Help please!! I adjusted my Jack H2 as per the instructions here for raising the height of the walking foot. It stitched one row of stitches perfectly, then partially locked up and I got an Error 8. It seems that the middle part of the foot is no longer moving up and down and, if I hand crank it the bit the wheel will turn, the needle bar mechanism lifts the foot. Any ideas please? I make my living with my Jack and really need to get him working again. Thank you
Sounds like you may have adjusted the wrong thing if your middle foot no longer lifts. You need to reverse what you originally did and adjust it at the back to make it lift more.
@@ozcommercialsewingmachines I got it sorted eventually. I took the heavy spring out when I first got the Jack, but I put the collar back in and it had slipped down and was obstructing the cam that lifts the middle foot. I managed to get the collar out and all is working perfectly. Thank you for your fab videos and for getting back to me 😊
please my pressure foot lifter on emel -protex 3300 loose completely how do I fix it thanks
Hvala puno majstore. Uz tvoj savet resili smo problem za minut. Za ovo majstor mi je trazio 70 eura 😅

Hi, How do you do slightly slanted stitches on Jack sewing machines?
Sorry but what do you mean by slightly slanted stitches?
Hello, please do you know where should I tap to exit the program? Thank you
Yes, the button with the dotted vertical line on it
Nice video and thanks. I would also like to see a video on maintenance of the machine. Especially that I'm a complete newbie at this.
Noted!
Nice work
Thanks
Well filmed and thoroughly explained tick ✅ 😃
Thank you! 😀
Woow ❤ You're a savior 😊 Just fixed my machine Thank you
You're welcome!
I need help again My knitting blades is not working at all They're new blades I try to adjust them it work for a while and then stop functioning again😢
Pls how does it know you’re at the end of your seam
The machine doesn't know itself, it relies on you pushing your heel back on the pedal to perform the end tack. You are the only one that knows when the end of the seam is happening.
