Which minor character captured YOUR imagination after just a few minutes on screen? Let us know below, and check out our video of the Top 20 Over the Top Voice Acting Performances - ua-cam.com/video/WsQWUA2KZYw/v-deo.html
How about Phil Hartman as the Air Conditioner in The Brave Little Toaster? His performance was certainly small, but it has a lasting impact for a traumatizing movie.
Paul Kandel as Clopin Trouillefou. Especially with that absolutely breathtaking high D at the end of "Bells of Notre Dame." Clopin gets precisely four minutes of screen time and about seven or eight minutes total of audio (dialogue plus songs), but they're among the most epic and entertaining moments in the entire film.
I nominate Andy Serkis as Gollum (aka Sméagol) in 'the fellowship of the ring' because he gave an incredible performance, and Gollum is *definitely* an iconic character
For me, the performance of Ken's voice actor was iconic, along with Jodi Benson who was the voice actress of Barbie in Toy Story 3, they did it excellently, even though it was short.
I think a shoutout should also be given to Bob Peterson as Roz in Monsters Inc and Monsters University. "I'm watching you Wasowski! Always watching you!"
I'm shocked that Death from Puss in Boots: The Last Wish didn't make it in the list!!! He appeared for a short time in the movie and his appearance was so iconic!!!
Honorable mention: Jesse McCartney as JoJo in "Horton Hears A Who!". His character only has a few brief speaking lines and singing lines but leaves quite an impression.
Fun fact: All of these characters were my childhood! Therefore, thanks for this top MS Mojo and a happy friday to you as well. Take care and God bless you, and greetings from Colombia.
before the end credits rolles for INCREDIBLES, i was positive that Linda Hunt was the voice of Edna. i saw the film 2x just to make sure i didn't miss or misread the voice cast credits... Brad did a brilliant job finding her voice.
I hope every person who sees AI as an inevitable replacement for voice actors sees this video. Characters like these are why it's crucial to have living, thinking, feeling humans voicing the lines. The uncanny valley doesn't just apply to visuals; humans can hear when something isn't quite right, too. We're hardwired to recognize human voices the same way we can see faces in cloud formations or on toast.
I am Unicron 😢that still gives me chill. While the movie itself was not that great, Orson wells was probably the best part. Why is he so low on the list though? He’s top spot quality. Same with Oz as Yoda. Although, no one does NO Caps!! Better
Edna Mode thumbnail got me clicking so fast. True TS3 Ken definitely had an honorable personality!! Everyone have a blessed Friday September 8, 2023 at 5:03PM. 🔥🌸🔥🌸🔥
Luigi, due to too much references in the Super Mario Bros Movie, he did got his voice acting well for Charlie day, seeing him acting the cowardly but brave brother from Mario, can't wait to see For The sequel for future
You had to make it under 7 minutes to justify leaving Darth Vader (8 min 6 sec in A New Hope) and Judi Dench as Queen Elizabeth (8 minutes in Shakespeare in Love), didn't you?
I LOVE Edna!! I would like to also mention another Edna/Edno who is probably seen all around on TikTok and Instagram!! Known for their questionable but applauding walk without breaking their knees and can do it without a sweat! ❤👏👏
Frank oz and Owen wilson sure, but the rest were mostly unrecognisable, plus I've never even heard of Jemaine clement before. Now if you want short but memorable, how about Sheb Wooley who did the "Wilhelm scream" in every movie ever... :P
What could I say about Edna that hasn't been sight already no one else could have done the role justice the accent the attitude the presentation perfect
Important question about the jungle book remake: is it true that the boy who played mogli wasn't allowed to watch the movie? That said jeugdjournaal in a video about that kids can play in mature movies. Also, do you think PG is the right rating, or had it better being PG-13?
"You are Elastigirl! My God... Pull-yourself-together! 'What will you do?' Is this a question? You will show him you remember that he is Mr. Incredible, and you will remind him who YOU are. Well, you know where he is. Go, confront the problem. Fight! Win! And call me when you get back, darling. I enjoy our visits."
Apparently Brad Bird did the voice of Edna as a placeholder until they found the right actress not realising he was the perfect choice. It was one of those happy accidents that created an iconic character.
Edna Mode - the villain that teally foes have the heroes right where she wants them. Hidden laboratory - check! Lasers - check! She monologues, and the heroes listen! She is the villain that WON.

“Edna Mode…and guest” will forever be iconic
Also, “no capes!”
@@signergirl1also "Hobo suits" she's memorable😊😊😊😊
I would never in my life have thought that this character was voiced by a man. Bravo👏👏👏👏👏
She's gotta point. She's an icon she's a legend and she is the moment. Now come on now.
It was a good idea for Brad Bird to voice her!😆👓
I can still remember back when everyone instantly fell in love with Edna Mode! Both her voice and her character are absolutely legendary!
Hey
@@caidenjohnson7391 ????
Who else agrees that Edna Mode should have a film of her own?
Leave a 👍 if you agree
I would totally watch that.
I've seen some of her scenes that were cut from the first movie. That was criminal.
not every enjoyable thing needs to be stretched out into its own feature.
🙂👍
Brad Bird did the perfect voice for Edna. Even Lily Tomlin agreed that they already had the ideal voice when he went to approach her for the role.
Edna does look a bit like Lily Tomlin
Well, if they ever get crazy enough to do a live action Incredibles, I'd love to see Tomlin in the part. That alone would be worth a ticket.
It's hard to believe Yoda was ever considered a minor character. He's such an iconic part of the Star Wars saga and every line from him is iconic.
Thank you for being a wonderful supporter of MsMojo.
Talk about range, Yoda To Miss Piggy👏🙌🎤🤗🏞
I nominate Andy Serkis as Gollum (aka Sméagol) in 'the fellowship of the ring' because he gave an incredible performance, and Gollum is *definitely* an iconic character
yeah but how much screentime did he have?
For me, the performance of Ken's voice actor was iconic, along with Jodi Benson who was the voice actress of Barbie in Toy Story 3, they did it excellently, even though it was short.
I think a shoutout should also be given to Bob Peterson as Roz in Monsters Inc and Monsters University.
"I'm watching you Wasowski! Always watching you!"
Yesss!! She’s second only to Edna! 🙌🏻
‘The Incredibles’ creator Brad Bird as Edna Mode, one of few best supporting characters in the entire franchise.
🙂👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Alan Tudyk Portraying Two Humanoid Robots In Two Action Sci-Fi Movies Awesome!
1) Orson Wells for Transformers: The Movie. His final performance.
Fun fact: All of these characters were my childhood! Therefore, thanks for this top MS Mojo and a happy friday to you as well. Take care and God bless you, and greetings from Colombia.

Me too!!! Glad I wasn’t the only one.
Mary Costa as Aurora(Sleeping Beauty) She only has 18 lines in the movie if you don’t count her singing
Alan Rickman as Marvin in Hitchhiker's Guide tops the list as far as I'm concerned
Thinking about Dafoe as Gil in Finding Nemo🐠
Robin Hood from Shrek. 'Can't you see i'm a little busy here?'
No one is more iconic than Yoda
Opetaia Foa'i as Matai Vasa - he may be singing instead of speaking but he's an iconic Moana character in my opinion!
Orson Welles as Unicron I remembered
Frank Oz did a great job as Jedi Master Yoda from ‘Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.’
I hope every person who sees AI as an inevitable replacement for voice actors sees this video. Characters like these are why it's crucial to have living, thinking, feeling humans voicing the lines. Edna mode is the best!
Alan Tudyk is epic.
What about Eris from Sinbad?
Michelle Pfeiffer’s performance of that beautiful villain was outstanding
Duke Kaboom needs his own movie. His motorcycle is stolen, and he has to get it back, John Wick style, lol
I am Unicron 😢that still gives me chill. While the movie itself was not that great, Orson wells was probably the best part. Why is he so low on the list though? He’s top spot quality. Same with Oz as Yoda. Although, no one does NO Caps!! Better
I Had Absolutely No Idea That Frank Oz The Famous Puppeteer Of The Muppets Is The Actor Who Played Yoda In The Original Star Wars Film Series
Ving Rhames as Cobra bubbles
Personally for me, Yuma from ‘The Emperor’s New Groove “ should’ve been on the list too.
Tim Curry in anything...just anything!
Edna Mode thumbnail got me clicking so fast. True TS3 Ken definitely had an honorable personality!!
Everyone have a blessed Friday September 8, 2023 at 5:03PM. 🔥🌸🔥🌸🔥
Lily Tomilin still appeared in an animated superhero film, specifically as Aunt May in "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" (2018).
Luigi, due to too much references in the Super Mario Bros Movie, he did got his voice acting well for Charlie day, seeing him acting the cowardly but brave brother from Mario, can't wait to see For The sequel for future
“Auntie Edna?” 😂one of my favorite lines
Antonio Banderas as Spanish Buzz Lightyear is #1 in my top 10.
You had to make it under 7 minutes to justify leaving Darth Vader (8 min 6 sec in A New Hope) and Judi Dench as Queen Elizabeth (8 minutes in Shakespeare in Love), didn't you?
Loenard Nimoy in the pagemaster as 'MR HYDE'
Duke Caboom. Yes. I also played with an Evel Knievel Stunt Cycle. It was kind of . . . limited. Pull the zip cord and watch it run.
Rinse and repeat.
"Fine. I will also fix the hobo suit."
I love them all!
You missed Eartha Kitt as Ozma from Emperor's New Groove. Or Patrick Warburton, tho he has more screen time as Kronk.
If I made this list you bet Ursula would be on it.
“I never look back, dahling. It distracts from the now.”
-Edna Mode
"Edna Mode .... and guest" 😂
Was expecting Death on this list
Definite Edna on top there! The only other minor character that unintentionally stole the movie spotlight nearly as much was Rhino in Bolt!
"Unicron will live on in Fanses hearts".... great english there !!! lol
I think there are way better choices from even before the 21st century that could've been on this list. But Yoda & Edna are definitely iconic
Great picks! I also liked one that Brad Bird himself said was a classic: Ian Holm as Chef Skinner in Ratatouille.
I LOVE Edna!! I would like to also mention another Edna/Edno who is probably seen all around on TikTok and Instagram!! Known for their questionable but applauding walk without breaking their knees and can do it without a sweat! ❤👏👏
Edna is the best. I watch that movie and just her sections, I love her.
*NO CAPES!*
edna mode iconic but needs more just needs more the lines she delivers is awesome too awesome very funny hilarity and so cool
"E" .. yesssss dahling!!!
I still have no idea how to turn on settings to get notifications for your videos isn't that terrible
I have Edna Mode with "I never look back darling, it distracts from the now." on my college graduation cap.
Edna mode needs her own spin off movie.
Does Big mama from Fox and the hound count? Because I can still hear her give me advice
Top 10 stage Disneyland treats trial
Frank oz and Owen wilson sure, but the rest were mostly unrecognisable, plus I've never even heard of Jemaine clement before. Now if you want short but memorable, how about Sheb Wooley who did the "Wilhelm scream" in every movie ever... :P

Thank you, Fonzie Bear!
I'm glad that K 2SO was in this list.
He’s the same voice of nigel in rio
Leslie Phillips as the Sorting Hat.
Excelente Video 🙊🤯😃😍👍🥰💐🌟🥇🏆
Epic!
Why does it say "Narration by Emily" at the beginning of the video, when the narrator is clearly Rebecca?
Love Edna!
I’m still waiting for The Incredibles 3!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
EARLY OMG
Edna. Yes! But a razor-close second is Roz. What about ROZ?!
I liked Jermaine Clements’s Performance in Moana. He has a boastful air that’s so funny!
Cool!
"No keps!" Gotta be Edna.
Apparently Brad Bird did the voice of Edna as a placeholder until they found the right actress not realising he was the perfect choice. It was one of those happy accidents that created an iconic character.
Eric Chase Anderson FTW
How about Rip Torn in Hercules?
So...was Ed Wynn's Mad Hatter in Disney's '51 "Alice in Wonderland" longer than 7 minutes?
Edna looks like Heady from NCIS LA
Melissa Leo as Sally
🛰 "Oblivion" (2013)
I dunno... I think I would add Eartha Kitt as Esme, and probably Kronk, too (I forget the actor's name)
Remember you will, my performance.
Why is the voiceover so much louder than the clips? Ms Mojo needs to dial it down about 50%.
In the movie where she steals his son from him coz he is so tired, is my favorite part.
Not sure how i didnt know Michael Keaton voiced Ken but i feel better knowing it now 😂
Stephen Moore as Marvin the Paranoid Android.
Edna Mode!!!!!
Edna Mode - the villain that teally foes have the heroes right where she wants them.
Hidden laboratory - check!
Lasers - check!
She monologues, and the heroes listen!
She is the villain that WON.
Alan Rickman as Marvin the paranoid android - The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
When Walken talks, people listen.
If I had to pick one doing kaboom
cruella and duke kaboom a short part?
It's probably not one you'd feature here but I think of Rengoku from Demon Slayer
