Since I believe Nicki is getting into her Roman bag, working with pop girls will also help her as well. To answer your question about Nicki collaborating with female rappers, I would love for Nicki to collaborate with "talented" female rappers. Particularly rappers like Doechii and Flo Milli that can not only rap on trap beats but also cross other genres of music as well. If you look at doechii's catalog and her numerous collaborations she can go hard and softcore simultaneously. Since I believe Nicki is getting into her Roman bag, working with pop girls will also help her as well. Nicki has a lot of industry friends, unlike popular thought, such as Britney Spears, Ariana Grande, Adele, and Katy Perry. But I love is she does her own thing by herself. In addition, she crosses more genres when collaberates with men. With Yung Bleu she made an afrobeat song. I think this question could be answered both ways.
SFG and Latto's Big Energy were made by the same producer which makes the Grammys genre classification much more trifling. If Latto were to make SFG it would be considered hip hop. Latto's Big Energy should not be in rap because it is a pop song. The fact that it is in rap shows the racist undertone of the Grammys that Nicki is speaking out against, not only in latto's case but for other black artists as well. Nicki's old pop hits have all been categorized as 'hip hop' even though (her pink Friday pop hits), have destroyed competition (ie, Taylor Swift & Katy perry in 2012), out of the ballpark. Her point is extremely important as it brings forward the point of genre classification and the timeless question of "what is black music and is black music pop music?"

Like explaining how other super stars like Aretha Franklin & Janet Jackson have suffered from genre classification and record label hate trains and how award ceremonies like the grammys have had racist tendencies (like refusing to give stars like Snoop Dogg, Artha Franklin, Micheal Jackson, and others grammys, I know MJ and Diana ross have received grammys but they all have been given those awards 40 years into their careers).

I belive it's a lot of exploitation going on in the industry and these young people are too naive and gullible to see it as long as they are getting this "fantasy" lifestyle fulfilled their integrity, morals and value are placed on the back burner.
