Recipe and ingredients:
Blue cheese - 500g
Cherry tomatoes - 900g
4 garlic cloves
Basil leaves
Fusilli pasta - 500g
To start cooking this pasta, add the blue cheese over a baking tray and after add the tomatoes and four garlic cloves. Add some basil leaves and pepper to taste. Bake this on a preheated oven at 200º C until the cheese melts.
In a pot of boiling water add 1 tbsp of salt, and the fusilli pasta. Cook following the pasta package instructions.
Remove the baking trail and take off the basil leaves. Smash the garlic cloves using a fork and mix well. Add the cooked pasta and mix again.
