I am glad I found your video. I was considering ordering this box after seeing the 70% off advertisement. After shipping, the full price is $58. I don’t think it is worth that much.
No, I think you're right. The things they put in the boxes don't seen to be any of the options that people chose and quite low quality with no instructions for things that need assembling/gluing/might actually be of some use (like the tulip lamp kit). It's a shame, because they could be doing so much better.
I recently got a box to try. It was on discount and only got it for $34aud so not a total waste if it doesn't have what i picked off that lost. I hope it does as i'm not into diamond art or anything. I know paper craft and diy craft was 2 of my options.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that you'll get some things you want in it, although it does look like the diamond art stuff will be there regardless - I've no idea why they think that everyone loves them!
I don't think they ever got back to me regarding if the battery for it was even available in the UK (as I asked them). It's a shame the things they choose aren't what anyone asks for is it? I understand how curated boxes work (as I subscribe to a few each month from different companies) and I think where they are falling so wrong is asking people what they're interests are right at the start, because that gears us up for a crafting box of things we're interested in...then it all goes down the pan when we get boxes of stuff we have no interest in whatsoever. Now if they asked people a few months in to get ideas for future boxes, I think that would work much better for them and their customers.
It's a shame really, because I expected better. I'll be making an update video soon, but I don't think I'll be getting a full price one either - it's far too expensive for what is sent.
I ordered this in May, can you guess what I got "hand selected" for me? The exact same stuff. I feel totally ripped off! I asked for a refund, and it was basically, tough luck. This is a scam! Since when is a jigsaw a craft? It's a hobby in itself. Diamond art stickers, really? Are the diamonds going to come off when you use the stickers? Then that "light", that is the most useless light ever. You need a glue gun to make it, and a watch battery, but they don't tell you which one. Adding in the glue gun would make it nearer the value we paid. Full price they have to be joking! Spending £10 in pound land, I would get far better craft items, couple types of pen sets and colouring book, 3for2 wool balls and knitting needles and crochet hook. Some blank cards, stickers and embellishments.
I ordered my first box for June, and they hand-picked the exact same rubbish for me. I gave them a second chance. The next box was more of the same rubbish.
So glad I found this video before I ordered! Thank you I rather buy 20.00 worth of stuff I would rather use.
Definitely!

I got the exact same stuff and didn't pick any of that stuff as a choice. And there are no instructions for the lamp thing

I also ordered this box which I'm very disappointed with. I won't be ordering from them again .

@@dawnmassey3836 I emailed them a few days ago to say I wanted to cancel (and mentioned the kipper-fragranced jigsaw). Not really much cop are they?
@@clairegraham6539 , definitely! It does honestly seem that they don't have any real idea what crafting and crafts are all about.
