3 Gorges dam was designed & built by a French firm , ownership is held mostly by Xi's opposition family Jiang Zemin aka toad man. The dam has not been maintained & parts have collapsed. Chynese dam engineers built hydro electric dams in countries that signed on for belt & road but in less than a year after completion the dams cracked & some broke , these countries halted payments stuffing up the finance flow of China's big 5 banks.
