Thank you! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!! I was going to have to give up coffee because I have to stop having dairy. But I found this video and just made up the cashew creme and the coffee is just amazing. All the money about $25 on the commercial brands that all taste like coconut oil were so disappointing. This does NOT disappoint. Thank you again. BA

@@StreetFaerie36 no it mixes in pretty good though if you leave it set you have to stir it or it will settle to the bottom. My cholesterol has gone down 30 points in 3 months. I also eat differently arugula and anything that will lower cholesterol.

Beets are good spiralize prefer the golden ones they don't have a strong taste like the red ones
For both of these make sure your sauces aren't bland and full of flavor..

If you’d like to speed up the soaking process of the cashews, boil your desired amount of cashews for five minutes, rinse, and they are ready to put in a high-speed blender. If you have a regular blender, then boil them for 10 minutes, rinse and put them in a standard blender, blend unitil smooth. If you would like a savory version, add a raw clove of garlic (and some garlic and/ or some onion powder….. blend) salt to taste or not.
That is, you want to omit the sweetener she added to make it sweet. It’s really quite simple. There are tons of quick video showing you how to make a savory cashew cream if that is what you want. Or follow along this tutorial for the sweet version!

Thanks. Tasty and so easy to do... btw. ... you need to sharpen your knife ;-)
